What an amazing and unique place to stay! Somehow when we reserved this, we did not have in our imagination that we would be staying in a beautiful piece of history that has been incorporated into modern life wonderfully. A fantastic surprise to look out the window at the campanile so close, or step into the next room into a roman cave beautifully appointed. And Anna Rita is gracious & warm. We knew without a doubt that if we needed anything she would want to help. I highly recommend this location for you to discover & experience Assisi!

We loved Assisi and when we come (and we hope to) we will stay in this exact place again! The view was stunning, the amenities were clean and inviting! The whole experience there made our stay in Assisi just perfect. Thank you for a beautiful stay! The complimentary coffee and pastry in the morning was the perfect way to start the day too!

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

A fantastic stay to say the least, a lovely place where you can relax and drink great wine with a beautiful view, not to mention the magnificent pool with a view. Apartment as described, super equipped. The hosts are always kind and helpful, Luca and Paola make you feel at home, really prepared and passionate about what they do, it's thanks to people like you if you can enjoy great wine! A cozy apartment in the center of Vignanello. There is free parking in front of the house. The apartment is in the basement, steep stairs, no elevator. Since the house was built in 1725, the interior is very beautiful: there is a niche for water, a fireplace, thick walls, narrow passages, and arches. Good renovation, lots of decorative items: violin, candles, guitar. There is a capsule coffee machine. Polite, responsive hosts were always in touch, quickly answered questions. The apartment is a little noisy in the morning, as there is a roadway right above it. Corso Garibaldi, 75 is a great place to get to know the Lazio region.

We had a great stay at the Abbey. The natural surroundings are beautiful and it has a spectacular view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside under the olive trees and using the bbq area.

The hosts of Casa Lieta were very responsive and proactive. His wife checked us in, who was very kind at that time and also during subsequent communications. He helped us by giving us directions and they also provided us with breakfast cookies. The only flaw of the stay was some of the linen that perhaps needed to be rechecked after washing. That said, great experience, I would go back and recommend it to everyone!

We felt very good in the house. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing. The terrace is just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

Sara and her family were great hosts, very kind and just great people! Their place was better that we could even imagine. Every morning we could spot deer walking across the valley, pheasants with fluttering sounds...Everything was serene and breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Sara's family was beyond hospitable and very responsive to any questions. I am already writing this review with sadness at how much we miss this one-of-a-kind experience.

Delightful host and perfect home for a retreat away from the city. Tidy, clean and characteristic. They even brought us croissants for breakfast!

The apartment is right in the centre of town. It doesn’t matter whether you turn left or right out of the building - you’ll be deep into the historic centre and surrounded by bars and restaurants!! The terrace is an absolute joy - awesome views of the surrounds and a great sunshine trap. Perfect for coffee in the morning as you catchup on emails, and even better in the evening with a glass of wine to watch the sunset.

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

Perfect stay in the heart of Terni! The apartment is complete with everything you need, with a well-equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable rooms, and air conditioning that made the stay even more pleasant. The location is truly ideal: in the heart of the city, perfect for getting around comfortably on foot and discovering the city. Thanks to the host, always available and super kind! He welcomed us with great attention and gave us lots of useful tips on restaurants, bars and places not to be missed. Great experience, absolutely satisfied!

Accommodation as described. Right next to San Rufino, so in the heart of downtown, but very quiet at night because it leads to an inner courtyard. I recommend taking the parking lot recommended by Francesco because indoors and nearby, for only 10 euros per day. Large and livable terrace with chairs and sofa, beautiful view, sunset over Assisi and Santa Chiara incredible! Worth the price paid. Full kitchen with salt oil, etc. and Francesco is a kind and friendly person!
