We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

Staying with Monica was like being at home, the care and warmth that is inside the apartment reflects the owner. Nothing was missing inside the house and we felt very welcome. A special thank you from Cristian and Martina

What a great place to stay! The farm is hidden in the middle of an olive grove and is the impressive life work of Gabriella and her husband, who received me very kindly. The internet worked, the bed was soft, the water was warm and there was even a pool (!!). I can only recommend staying here!

For anyone wanting to experience the Tuscan hospitality, beauty and Italian charm this is the perfect location for you! Families, groups, single travelers all welcome and provided appropriate accommodations . The views are picturesque and the owner and staff are truly dedicated to sharing Tuscany with you! The farm/winery tour followed by the wine luncheon is a must do! The entire staff is truly cares about your experience and happily wants to pass on their knowledge to you. Having the beautiful pool and patio was a perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon. We are hoping to return this year for another Tuscan respite! Thank you to Chiara for sharing family home!

This place was truly incredible. The location, the beauty, the pool I enjoyed every moment. I even cried a couple of times from pure happiness. Huge thanks to the hosts for their care and warm hospitality. Everything was spotless, peaceful, and filled with a sense of calm. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise.

The holiday accommodation is an absolute feel-good place – furnished with so much attention to detail and a very special style. You can tell right away: an interior designer was at work here, designing with heart and taste. Irene is a wonderful host – warm, helpful and always there when you had a question or needed something. She makes you feel well taken care of. Breakfast was a little highlight every morning: lovingly arranged, really delicious and the perfect start to a beautiful day of vacation.

Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! We stayed here for a couple of nights and the location is absolutely amazing. It was so quiet, peaceful and being surrounded by beautiful views and nature was just the best feeling. This place is run by Valentina and her parents Rosi and Stefano who are just the sweetest people. They made us feel right at home and were so kind and welcoming. Thank you all so much for having this amazing place! We cannot wait to return one day.

Caroline's villa was absolutely stunning. We visited as a family of 8 adults and it was even more beautiful in person. It's completely private with amazing views all around. It's also in a great location to visit other picturesque villages nearby with a car. The pool was a great addition to combat the Tuscan heat. As this is in the countryside, be aware that there will be insects and wildlife. We came across a snake and a scorpion, but that's not an issue with the house, but rather the natural environment. The property manager Bianca greeted us upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful with tips. And Caroline left us super detailed recommendations for restaurants, itineraries, and wineries. She was always available and friendly. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

We had wonderful stay at Casale Zeno. The pristine environment is exactly what we needed and the beautiful sceneries surrounding the property were divine. Jo and Tony are very friendly hosts and it was pleasure staying at their place. We really appreciate all the small details provided in the accommodation along with the super comfortable mattress and pillows. The house is a perfect base for exploring Orvieto and the fantastic region around it. We would happily come back and recommend it. Thank you for a magical stay!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. We stayed for 13 nights and enjoyed every minute spending time in such a beautiful and relaxing home. Clean and tidy with so much outdoor space was just magical. Scenery was amazing and everything was true to what was advertised and described. Dror was so responsive we really appreciated that. Thank you for what was everything we had dreamed it would be. Without hesitation would recommend to anyone.

We cannot say enough good things about Tracey and her beautiful Casa Braeside. The house is cozy and just gorgeous, and it was plenty spacious for us (family of 5) and had everything we needed and then some. It stayed cool in the summer heat thanks to thick walls and solid window shutters (plus A/C in case we needed it). The kids loved the pool, and we were all mesmerized by the fireflies at night. I appreciated the multiple places to sit outside. There are always at least one or two outdoor seating areas in the shade at any given time of day. And there’s a hammock! We loved the tranquility: the only things that made noise were the birds singing in the morning, a few summer thunderstorms, and our own kids, ha. The view of the town above is something straight from a postcard. The recommendations for restaurants were detailed and much appreciated. We loved exploring the unspoiled and hardly touristed surroundings. And the property manager is excellent & answered all our questions. 100%!

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

We had the best two weeks at this farm stay—it’s a really magical place. The apartment is lovely, with comfortable furniture and high ceilings that make it feel quite spacious. The kitchen is small but very well-equipped and all of the appliances worked perfectly. The outdoor spaces are amazing and the views are truly spectacular! Filippo was very kind, helpful, and responsive. The location of this Airbnb is also awesome—the surrounding farm makes it feel remote but you’re still close to downtown Perugia and an easy drive to dozens of other destinations in Umbria. I would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Alessandro's property and felt welcome from the very beginning. The BnB has stunning views around the whole property and I can absolutely recommend to book this apartment. It is well equipped with everything you need.

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

The house was perfect! Views views views! Absolutely great location, lovely Pool and Giovanni is an incredible host! We will defo be back!

Very quiet accommodation in a beautiful countryside of Umbria with only birds and sun to wake you up in the morning. Lots of great villages nearby and of course Perouse and Assisi! Hugues also has plenty of great places to recommend!
