Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Anna è stata estremamente gentile e precisa fin dal primo contatto, fornendoci tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro e puntuale. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Cinzia, una persona squisita che ci ha fatto fare il giro della casa e ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos della città: silenziosa, immersa nel verde e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Un grande punto a favore è la totale accoglienza verso gli animali: i nostri cuccioli si sono goduti il giardino completamente recintato in totale sicurezza e libertà, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole per tutta la famiglia. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo, ben tenuto e gestito con grande cura. Grazie ancora ad Anna e Cinzia!

Hyggelig rummelig lejlighed så centralt som overhovedet muligt. Alt fungerer fint. God seng men ingen gode møbler at sidde, desværre. Men det er også det eneste minus.

Siamo stati così bene con i bambini in questa bellissima casa che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarla. Tutto era perfettamente attrezzato. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ospitalità premurosa e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Grazie di cuore!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Marina e Paola per due notti con la nostra cagnolona e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è ottima, la casa stupenda e Marina ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili! Torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo passato 8 notti in questa splendida casetta immersa negli ulivi, con una vista spettacolare e comoda a raggiungere tutti i punti d'interesse in breve tempo! Raffaele è stato super disponibile e ci ha fornito un sacco di consigli utili! Non ci è mai capitato di trovare un host così gentile! La nostra vacanza non poteva andare meglio! Un pezzettino del nostro cuore è rimasto lì ❤️

Wygodny apartament z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro (przeszklona ściana w salonie). Urokliwe łóżko na antresoli. Duży, zadbany basen. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz. Dom położony na styku Toskanii i Umbrii, tuż obok Perugia, Asyz, Cortona. Dobry jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Suite ideale per chi vuole fare una fuga dalla città e immergersi nel verde delle Marche. Il design della struttura è curato e adatto ad ogni confort. La piscina centrale è il punto forte della casa, la vista sulle colline è il fiore all'occhiello.

Was a beautiful respite for our family while travelling between Rome and Florence. It comfortably fit eight of us including the grandparents and younger children. We enjoyed a day trip to Assisi and spent time by the pool. Quiet but about an eight minute drive to a nearby town. Just a tip, use Apple maps instead of Google Maps. Google wanted to send us down an overgrown path.

Very nice stay for a few days relaxing in summer. Beautiful olive gardens around the house, nice collection of wine. Everything clear, super big house, will come back next year!

What a fantastic place! If you are looking for a peaceful place in nature to relax and unwind in Italy, look no further than this farm stay. Silvia and Alberto were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful, the accommodations are nice, and the views are spectacular. An added bonus was their adorable dog, who greeted us at our car, hung out with us often and went on nearly every walk with us. We already miss her! Alberto also did a cooking class for us, which was a wonderful experience and so much fun. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Floriana met us at check in with a family friend to help make sure all communications were clear. The villa looks even better than the photos, all amenities were as listed, and the pool and grounds were stunning! The pool was a welcome respite on the extraordinarily hot days while we were staying there. The a/c ran perfectly but we opted for the evening breeze when able. We scheduled a cooking class at the villa and learned pasta and gnocchi making with Cristina. We got to enjoy the fruits of our labor on the patio with a lovely bottle of regional wine! A wonderful few days and we will be back again!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wundervollen Location sehr genossen. Traumhafte Sicht über die Hügellandschaft, ruhig, idyllisch und viel privacy. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt und der Pool (sehr sauber) wurde durch uns rege genutzt. Auch erwähnenswert die Glizzinie unter welcher wir lauschige Abendessen genossen haben. Übrigens, wir haben wirklich an 2 abenden beim spazieren Wild gesehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Between Spello being so charming and the property being so perfectly formed and positioned, my week long stay was wonderful! The full kitchen got a workout (using fabulous local ingredients) and finding some herbs, teabags etc in the pantry was a bonus. The views out the window kept catching my eye - just so peaceful and typically Umbrian. I hope to return one day.

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

Stare da Monica è stato come essere a casa, la cura e il calore che c’è all’interno dell’appartamento rispecchia la proprietaria. Non mancava nulla all’interno della casa e ci siamo sentiti accolti benissimo. Un grazie speciale da Cristian e Martina

Was ein toller Ort, um zu verweilen! Der Hof liegt versteckt mitten in einem Olivenhain und ist das beeindruckende Lebenswerk von Gabriella und Ihrem Mann, der mich sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Das Internet hat funktioniert, das Bett war weich, das Wasser war warm und es gab sogar einen Pool (!!). Ich kann nur empfehlen hier einzukehren!

Eine charmante Unterkunft in großartiger Lage. Nahe zum Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super. Unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und sehr nett.

Tommaso und Marta sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit selbstgemachten Kuchen und Brot empfangen. Es gibt einen SPA Bereich, den Pool haben wir ein paar Mal genutzt. Ein Highlight für unsere Tochter war der Besuch der fattoria, das wir Familien mit Kind sehr empfehlen. Sogar einen Kindersitz für die E-Bikes hat Tommaso montiert. Es war wunderbar. Wir empfehlen es weiter!
