Super Lage um die umliegenden Ortschaften zu erkunden. Mit prächtiger Aussicht über das Tal mit Assisi Spello Trevi und viele weitere Orte im Hintergrund. Die Wohnung sehr nett eingeteilt und eingerichtet und eine richtig angenehme Ruhe zum Entspannen nach den Ausflügen. Sollten wir wieder einen Aufenthalt in Umbrien machen, wird das mit sicherheit wieder unsere Unterkunft werden.

It was a charming apartment to stay in the beautiful town of Spoletto . We stayed with 2 of my children and their spouses and my 10 year old grandson and it was perfect for all of us . The weather was very warm but coming into the apartment was so very cool . We all loved it

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa casa. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi immerso nella natura, con una vista spettacolare che rende tutto ancora più speciale. La casa è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno senza pensieri. L’host è stato estremamente disponibile, gentile e attento, sempre pronto a fornire consigli utili su cosa visitare nei dintorni. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la tranquillità della zona, ma anche la comodità di poter raggiungere facilmente i borghi vicini e le Cascate delle Marmore. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, sceglieremmo sicuramente di soggiornare di nuovo qui. Consigliatissimo!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

Marta’s stunning historic apartment is right in the heart of Spoletto. Its high ceilings, original stone paved floors, and lavish sofas made for the perfect retreat and also ensured a very cool and shaded getaway, even when the temperature outside was very hot for the duration of my stay. It is one of the nicest historic apartments that I have stayed in and the price is a bargain for the old-world-dolce-vita experience, piazza and all. I was staying there by myself so it felt positively palatial, but I think the experience and feeling would be the same for a couple. Marta is also an excellent and friendly host. [I highly recommend the delicatessen on the corner nearby as well as the pizzerias, gelaterias, and cafés in the piazza].

Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

Appartamento molto carino nel cuore del borgo di Acera, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. È molto fresco, un vero piacere dopo una giornata di caldo! Il posto è un pelo fuori mano ma di una tranquillità eccezionale. E comunque ben collegato (in auto) ai vari borghi da visitare nei dintorni. Doriana è stata disponibile anche da remoto e ci sono state consegnate le chiavi appena arrivati (ci aspettavano sul parcheggio nonostante il nostro orario di arrivo approssimativo). Consiglio assolutamente questa soluzione per chi viaggia in auto e desidera visitare l'Umbria con la sua natura ed i suoi borghi stupendi, ritirandosi ogni sera in un'oasi di pace. Grazie di tutto!

Alessandra è stata molto disponibile e ci ha dato preziose indicazioni sul territorio, inoltre abbiamo potuto assaggiare l’olio di sua produzione e portarne a casa un po’, l’alloggio è situato in una posizione molto tranquilla immersa nel verde perfetto per chi cerca un po’ di tranquillità. Lo spazio esterno e il giardino potrebbero essere sfruttati meglio inserendo un piccolo gazebo e dei tavoli e delle sedie utili per godere dell’esterno anche nei giorni di pioggia abbastanza frequenti in quell’area.

Essendo in campagna è normale la presenza di insetti, però alcune formiche dalle travi raggiungevano le coperte del letto. Per il resto, l'appartamento è molto bello. Area cucina e credenza ben riforniti con tutto tutto il necessario per cucinare. Da questa zona risulta molto comodo raggiungere diverse località nei dintorni per poterle visitare, si consiglia di fare la spesa in centri abitati più grossi prima dell'arrivo, soprattutto se la permanenza è durante periodi festivi. I dintorni dell'alloggio sono molto tranquilli, i rumori provengono quasi esclusivamente dagli uccellini sugli alberi attorno la villa.

Schoon appartement met uitzicht op het meer. De communicatie ging erg soepel en snel. Het appartement bevalt alle basics, ook het internet werkt goed. Qua verbeterpunten: het matras is hard en de woonkamer is vrij gehorig.

Soggiorno perfetto con jacuzzi romantico! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero ben. La casa pulitissima e curata nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera accogliente. La vasca idromassaggio è stata il punto forte: spaziosa, ben funzionante e incredibilmente rilassante, perfetta per un momento di coccole. Adorabile anche la TV orientabile, comoda sia dal letto che dalla vasca, ideale per serate cinema senza sacrificare il comfort. Il balconcino è stato una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto per chi ama una pausa sigaretta senza dover scendere. Il letto era comodissimo e il parcheggio facile da trovare. Consigliatissimo per coppie che cercano relax e un tocco di romanticismo! Torneremo sicuramente. 🌟

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

We had the most wonderful time at Marina's. The home is really special, with a beautiful history...we felt right at home. Every room has a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. It was a very special holiday for us, our first with our six month old, and Marina made it particularly beautiful and memorable. We really hope to come back again.
