Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

Cosy apartment with real fire

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. A relaxing oasis in Nettuno – highly recommended! We had a fantastic week in Nettuno, Italy, and this place is really a gem for those looking for a relaxing holiday. The surroundings were incredibly beautiful, and the large, beautiful pool was a centerpiece for many fine days. Our host, Sarah, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She was always available and made sure we had everything we needed. An extra bonus was the beautiful house cat that came on daily visits – a welcome feature! A small minus was the location. We would have liked to have a rental car, as the road to shops, restaurants and the village itself was a bit risky to walk on without a sidewalk, and with cars driving fast. Uber was also not available, but fortunately the locals were incredibly helpful in arranging transportation for us. Despite this, we would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in a quiet environment.

From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Our Airbnb stay in Christian’s home was awesome! Super close to the Colosseum and a cool café just steps away. The neighborhood felt safe and chill. Our host, Christian, was a total gem—welcoming, quick to respond, and even designed the place himself! The apartment was cozy, stylish, and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. Definitely a highlight of our Rome trip!

We stayed at Antonella's cottage for a week and had the most amazing time! The cottage is very private, with available parking spot and 5 to 15 minute drive range to all the places you might need during your stay. Antonella and her husband are very friendly and caring hosts. We had no problem with using the shared garden and enjoying our very own veranda and dinning space. The cottage is top notch modern but very cozy and feels like home. When next time we are back in Latina, this will be our destination 100%!

Such a gem of a place! Location is not too far; accessible by metro and taxi. The host was fantastic. Loved the place and totally worth it!

Korina and Valentina were very kind and helpful. Korina made great recommendations for local restaurants (including the great gelato place around the corner). Valentina was quick to respond when we had questions. The villa was comfortable and felt like home. We would definitely stay there again should we find ourselves in Rome again.

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Thank you for everything, Mauro and Vladimira, and not forgetting, Mandy the cat!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

We had a wonderful 2 day stay. Manuel's place is the perfect distance outside the chaos of Rome. We used it as a base to tour Rome driving to the Jonio metro station, parking and traveling into the center by train.

We thank Alessandra and Guido. The apartment is very nice and cozy and is located in the historic center of the village which is really enchanting. We will definitely be back. Thanks and talk to you soon, Carlo & Elena.
