The "pequélet" cottage in a charming hamlet, away from the crowds is ideally located to enjoy the various activities offered by Ardèche. This village house offers, on the first floor, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor, an equipped kitchen opens onto a pleasant terrace that offers magnificent views of the hamlet. The center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk. Ideal for a quiet stay, the "Petite Maison" combines the charm of the old Ardeches stones and modern comforts.

We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.
