Quiet and relaxing stay in April. Very well arranged and well-equipped apartment. Very bright with many Velux. Two double foam beds. The apartment has a good smell of fresh and clean. We appreciated the quality of the couch on TV nights. Watch out for the alternating step interior staircase leading to the second bedroom, it's very steep. Plenty of street parking is available. Top

Very well equipped accommodation, the rooms had the beds made on arrival with towels available on them . Very clear and practical instructions for the key box and for unfolding the sofa bed . Just to specify one of the bedrooms is in the basement so with stairs but otherwise everything was fine , no complaints . I would highly recommend.

Very nice and quiet place to stay. Line greeted us very kindly and had tips for activities nearby. Courgenay is very small and quiet, perfect for a break away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment offers everything you need, the bright bedroom, so to speak, in the middle of the garden is a highlight.

I came here 2 years ago. The place is very quiet, you can hear the birds. The private space is a plus, but beware of bird droppings! Having already been satisfied the first time, this second time is just as pleasant. I'll come back again if this one is available.

The studio is very clean. It's tastefully decorated. In the bathroom, there is everything we need at our disposal. The same goes for the kitchen. It is ideal for both short and long stays. The setting is beautiful and calm. I recommend it 200%

Accommodation with everything you need for a great stay. There is also everything for breakfast and small touches that really make the difference! Everything has been thought out to feel relaxed; jacuzzi, sauna, hamman, lights on the ceiling and in the hot tub, up to the TV where there was a nice wallpaper with relaxing little music. We had a pleasant weekend in a quiet and peaceful place. The atmosphere is friendly and the others are very friendly and attentive. The accommodation is very well-equipped and clean. For families with a baby, there is everything you need, even diapers. We enjoyed the pool and foosball that allowed us to have a good evening despite the bad weather. We recommend this place.
