Waterfront holiday rentals in Valencia

An apartment located very close to a beautiful beach, which is the biggest advantage of this place! The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for a family of 5. In addition, something that surprised us, was prepared beach towels for every guest, which made it very easy for us to sunbathe. We recommend this place!

Chic and central apartment for a perfect stay in Valencia.

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. Inside there are all the amenities - TV, air conditioning, iron, internet, coffee. It's clean and welcoming inside. The sofa is also comfortable. It is conveniently located with public transport and metro stops nearby, as well as a supermarket.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Pleasant stay. The residence is located opposite the beach. It's quiet. The apartment is very nice, well-equipped, comfortable. The residence is secure and well maintained. We had a brilliant stay in Marta’s beautiful apartment. It was very well equipped and in a good position for sight seeing and restaurants. Marta sent lots of helpful pre-visit information and kept in touch to make sure we were having a comfortable stay.

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beach was incredible. Apartment had everything you need and more. Soni is so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place. Super comfy beds too.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Really nice place close to the beach with the necessary amenities

We had a great stay in this dream house. Kitty's little house is beautiful and very well thought out and furnished with a special taste that we really appreciated. It is perfect for a stay for a couple like us and the private terrace is very nice. The Cabanyal neighborhood is very charming with many restaurants and bars and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. We will be happy to come back for a longer stay and I recommend coming and enjoying this little gem.

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The stay is even better than what you see in the photos. Incredible views and amenities at our fingertips. In addition, María José is an excellent host. She informed us everything in detail and was ready for anything that came up with us.
