Loft holiday rentals in Valencia

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Pucol. The space was clean, comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area!

Kath’s place is wonderful. The neighborhood is perfect and there are so many lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance it’s crazy. The place is quite large with multiple bathrooms which is great. The main train station is a 10 minute easy walk as well. Kath is super friendly and a great communicator. Always very responsive. I cannot say enough about her apartment. This is our second time there and will definitely be back again. Please do not hesitate to book this one. You will not regret it.

Well located apartment on a walking distance of the center and a metro station close to the apartment connects directly with the airport. The apartment is well-equiped (all bathroom necessities and basic necessities for cooking are already there). The apartment corresponds to the pictures. It is a perfect apartment for a stay in Valencia. The host answers quickly and gives clear instructions. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Valencia.

L’appartamento nel barrio del Carmen è molto comodo per raggiungere a piedi le attrazioni della città vecchia. Loft in zona silenziosa e pulito. Bagno ben attrezzato con tutto ciò che potrebbe essere necessario. L’host è stato molto gentile e flessibile per il check-in e il check-out. Consiglio una mascherina per dormire.

We had a great experience at the loft! Rafa was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in slightly earlier and leave our luggage at check out. The apartment was modern, clean with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace outside area. They had thought of everything we might need during our stay from beach towels, shopping trolley bag, cool bag and toiletries. Basic shopping essentials were also left for us on arrival. The loft is well located with a 10 minute walk to the beach and metro. Would definitely book this accommodation again 👍

Das Check-in hat schriftlich stattgefunden und ohne Probleme funktioniert. Wir konnten unser Mietauto am Strassenrand parkieren. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und heimelig (wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich). Einzig ein leichter Geruch war teilweise vorhanden. Hat aber kaum gestört. Pedro hat immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert und auch proaktiv eine Nachricht hinterlassen. Wir waren jeweils auswärts essen und haben die Küche nicht benutzt. Ansonsten wirklich eine schöne und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

In an incredible area, great flat with a nice terrace if you don’t mind ducking through a window. Definitely plan to maximize time outside the flat or commit to climbing 5 flights of stairs one way quite often ;)

Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich. Es war kein Problem in Ruzafa und Valencia die tollsten Sachen zu erleben. Alle Menschen waren sehr freundlich zu uns obwohl wir kein Spanisch sprechen. Die Wohnung hat soviel Charme. Wir konnten immer ausschlafen. Die Dusche hat super funktioniert. Man konnte sehr gut essen in der Umgebung. Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen.

El mejor apartamento en el que he estado en Valencia. Precioso, reformado, con absolutamente todo lo que necesitas (incluso detalles como algunos productos de consumo, detergente, algunos alimentos, etc). Todo muy limpio y a 10 minutos andando de la playa. Calle tranquila . Muy buena comunicación con la dueña. Cuando vuelva a Valencia volveré sin duda a este apartamento.

Absolutely loved Javi’s apartment. It’s bigger than it looks and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided including a useful list of great recommendations in the area. There was enough storage, the space is well thought through. Javi was helpful and we would stay again.

We were a couple staying at Davide’s Airbnb in Valencia for 4 nights. Davide is an amazing, responsive host who answers all questions and always happy to help. The place was tidy, modern and exactly like the photos and description. Felt like home. Within a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre Davide’s Airbnb is recommended to anyone wanting to travel to Valencia!

Fani's space was a great place to stay for our time in Valencia. Easily accessible to the metro and central train station, it was easy to locate and Fani was really kind to accommodate an early check in for me when I landed earlier in the morning. The space is spacious and comfortable. Fani is really responsive to any questions and was more so incredibly kind and swift in dealing with a crisis moment after we left for Cordoba and my friend had realized she left her passport at the apartment. Thank you so much Fani for the great experience, I can no doubt say its one of the best ones I've had from multiple airbnb experiences!

L’appartement etait clean, l’hote tres reactif, residence et quartier sécurisés. Le centre commercial El Saler est a 10min a pieds, l’Oceanografic et musée des sciences a proximité aussi. Zone bien desservi, bus et metro sont accessible a pied. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
