Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Valencia

The Villa is a beautiful please and had more than enough equipment, seating, amenities. The villa was spotless, so welcoming and everything was set out clearly. Nacho and his brother who supported our check in was AMAZING! Explained everything, local area and happy to answer any questions. Nacho incredible host with an incredible Villa. The location was 15/20mins from all the main things including the city centre. 22mins by car. Local supermarket walkable and restaurants near by. Will be back soon!

Perfect location to walk to everything you’d want to see in Valencia. Lots of restaurants, shops, one of Europe’s largest and oldest markets and ancient cathedrals and churches. Place was very nice with amazing views out the living room windows. The host as very communicative with an easy and seamless check in and check out.

Wir waren zu sechst und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön ist auch, dass Küche und Wohnbereich in Erdgeschoss sind und die Schlafzimmer alle im 1.OG.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este alojamiento. Desde el momento en que llegamos Pedro fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier duda. Las instalaciones estaban impecables,muy cómodas. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la playa, sin duda volveremos. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Ein grosses, sehr schönes Haus, ideal für Familien! Ausgestattet mit einem sauberen Pool, einem Trampolin, Pingpong-Tisch, kleinem Fussballfeld,… Man hat alles, was man braucht! Torques und seine Familie sind super lieb und sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Er gab uns viele Ratschläge. Bequeme und saubere Betten. Sehr ruhig gelegen, ca. 25 Minuten von Valencia City entfernt. Ein Auto ist notwendig, z. B. zum einkaufen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Silvanas Unterkunft und Sie als Gastgeberin sind einfach nur WOW! Sie hat von Anfang an super kommuniziert, war stets erreichbar und immer freundlich! Man kann sich immer auf sie verlassen! Die Unterkunft, ihr Zuhause war auch unser Zuhause. Der Pool und die tolle Aussicht sind Traumhaft! Könnte ich mehr Sterne geben, würde ich dies sofort tun! Der Parkplatz war draussen, aber wir mussten uns nie Sorgen machen, da die Umgebung ruhig und sicher ist. Silvana hah sich toll um uns gekümmert und ich werde zu 100% wieder bei Ihr buchen! Herzlichen Dank durften wir deine Gäste sein! Wir vermissen es schon jetzt! 💕

Estupendo alojamiento para una famila o grupo de amigos amplio. Tiene 4 hab y 3 baños muy comodos. Dispone de 2 amplias terrazas y piscina comunitaria.En una zona tranquila y muy cercana a la playa. Aparcamiento en la puerta de la vivienda. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos y el anfitrion Antonio es muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades. Por ultimo y como recomendación, si tuviera lavavajillas, seria 11 sobre 10.😄

Die Wohnung ist ein wirklicher Tipp. Sie hat viel Licht von Osten und Westen, ist also immer hell, aber mittags nicht heiß. Ggf. gute Klimaanlage. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer (2 einzelne und eines ist vom Wohnzimmer durch eine Schiebetür abtrennbar. Es gibt viele Handtücher, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien.Vom Balkon sieht man den Strand und bis Valencia (18km). Die 4 km nach Perelló sind wir oft am Strand gegangen. (Tipp: Dort hatten Sonntagmorgens die Geschäfte geöffnet.) Zur Bushaltestelle 2 min, Bus fährt nach Valencia und Perelló. Parkplatz im Hof im Schatten. Elena und ihr Mann haben uns in der Wohnung erwartet, die Kommunikation war immer nett und sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Aunque solo fue una noche, el anfitrión nos hizo que fuese muy agradable. Sin duda vuelvo por la zona volvere a hospedarme ahí.

Casa amplia, con todas las comodidades, con acceso a la playa desde la urbanización. Zona muy tranquila. Los caseros muy pendientes en todo momento.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Diana. Snelle communicatie en een goede ontvangst door Carlos. Appartement is mooi en heel ruim, prachtig dakterras met uitzicht op zee. Prima ligging op 300 meter van het dichtstbijzijnde strand en supermarkt en eettentjes ook op een paar honderd meter.

Muy atentos en todo momento. La vivienda muy cómoda y bonita además de estar ubicada a pocos pasos de la playa.

todo perfecto! las vistas del balcón son preciosas y se ve la playa con el amanecer súper bonito. Perfecto para desayunar fuera en familia tomando el sol. El piso en sí es muy bonito e íntimo. Repetiremos seguro!

Fue una estancias muy agradable. La cocina está bien equipada, y la casa es práctica y bonita. Disfrutamos mucho de la terraza y de la piscina, y nos encantaron los paseos por la playa, a dos minutos de la casa.

Lina Maria's apartment is the most wonderful place to be in Valencia. It has the best views of the city and the apartment is wonderful and the energy inside it is absolutely magical. Moreover, Lina Maria is super nice, she will make you feel as you are at home and she responds immediately and very attentively. Everything is tastefully decorated and very clean. You won't find any better place in Valencia. Thank you very much Lina! We had a very great time in your beautiful apartment.
