Beachfront holiday rentals in Valado dos Frades

The stay was great, the place is close to the beach and as a coffee underneath. In my opinion the coffee was a little expensive and without too many options, another note is that if you wanna go there you'll definitely need to take your car. The space and now speaking of the overall apartment was great, it was clean and organized had the basic things that one needs but personally didn't explore too much that part since we took everything we needed ourselves.

I was in Portugal for 18 days and this was my favorite place! I wish I could have stayed much longer!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Bruno’s apartment! Communication was seamless — Bruno was responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The location is perfect: quiet, central, and close to everything you might need. Just a heads-up for fellow travelers: the beds are closer in size to what would be considered a “twin” in North America. They're a bit tight for two adults, especially if you're on the taller or broader side. Thankfully, there were two bedrooms with separate beds, which worked great for us. The shower is also on the smaller side, so if you're over 1.80 m (around 5’11”), it might feel a bit snug — though that’s more about our size than the apartment itself. All in all, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks so much, Bruno!

Apartment 2 steps from the seaside, bars, restaurants, not far from the funicular that drops you off on the heights of the north beach (surf). Ideally located rental. Of course, we recommend this accommodation designed on 2 levels, 👍🏼

We enjoyed our, unfortunately short, stay! Absolute peace, lots of nature, far and wide no one and really fantastic sunsets! We were particularly impressed by the fireflies after sunset. But you shouldn't be afraid of small spiders, similar creatures or cats...

We had an amazing stay, how lucky we were to have stayed in this accommodation and in this neighborhood. The house is full of charm and very comfortable. We loved the view and the typical neighborhood. A big thank you to Marie for her welcome, responsiveness and advice!

Just an incredible stay in a beautiful area. The apartment made is so easy to relax - whether you want to stay on the terrace and enjoy the sun and the views, or take a short walk into town and enjoy the offerings there. This is probably the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in an Airbnb. There are two small stores just three blocks away for the basics (including wine, of course) and large grocery stores a 20 minute walk - or 5 minute drive away - for all other needs. Prompt, courteous and easy-to-follow communication from the owners. Will definitely return.

Mrs. Nélia and her daughter Patrícia, are to be congratulated, the cleanliness was impeccable, comfortable apartment, spectacular kitchen, complete with everything necessary for a family to spend an excellent weekend. This spacious home is within walking distance of the Nazare waves (visited in January), offering views from both the beach and the lighthouse. It's conveniently located for day trips to Lisbon and charming nearby towns. The home is in a quiet area, features scenic views, and includes most essentials for cooking. Note that the beds are quite firm, so consider bringing a sleeping pad if you prefer softer support. The host was friendly and provided helpful information about the area and the property.

pleasant stay, a spacious apartment, very well arranged, a huge terrace. 2 underground parking spaces. 1 communal pool in the residence. 4 spacious bedrooms ( including 2 master suites). Ideal for 8 people. Porto's Sao Marthino beach 5 mins drive. recommend

We had a lovely time at the villa! Francisca has been the best host we could have asked for. The check in and check out have been very flexible and accommodating, she provided us with many local recommendations and support whenever we needed it. The villa is a beautiful well-kept place where you feel right at home. 10/10 recommend and planning on coming back!!

We loved Fabio's suite, compact but had everything we needed and great kitchen for cooking. Very close to everything, we walked everywhere. Parking was a bit of an issue as it often is in busy beach towns. Fabio gave us some recommendations for parking but all were full so we had to park over a kilometre away and walk back. Good thing is that you can usually find a close spot to unload your stuff, then park the car and walk back. It was a good way to get to know Nazare and we did find a spot close by later on. I think it's luck of the draw but be prepared that you may need to walk a. bit! Other than the pArking difficulty in Porto, it's a great place to spend a few days.

Emanuel was a great goat the place seemed brand new and five minutes walk to the beach. We had an issue with our key on the second night and he responded within a few minutes despite the late hour. Shower was excellent rooms excellent and kitchen very well equipped. He even brought me extra coffee capsules and which impressed this coffee fiend no end. We will return to beautiful Nazare and stay again with him!

The accommodation is ideally located, close to the beach and restaurants/bars. In addition, it is very well decorated, which makes the reception very pleasant. The rooms are spacious and the 2 bathrooms are a real plus! The outdoor terrace is very nice. I highly recommend it.

We were with two couples in this apartment which is very spacious inside and out and we enjoyed this accommodation very much from the beginning. You can't think of anything that wasn't present. The view is very beautiful and the elevator was very easy because we had the upper apartment and we would actually like to write a not so good review because then we would have a better chance of taking this apartment again and it would not be fully booked because we will definitely take this apartment again.
