Casa pulita e ordinata con davvero tutto l’occorrente al suo interno. Host gentilissima sia per il check in che il check out. Si è davvero occupata di tutto. Consigliatissima. Circa a 10 minuti in macchina dagli impianti di marilleva 900.

My partner and I stayed here for one night on our way to the Dolomites and it was perfect! It was spotless, it was exactly as described and Monica was very helpful with any questions. We will definitely be coming back in the winter!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit im Casa del Rocca. Vielen Dank an Monika, eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die uns mit sehr herzlichen Nachrichten alle benötigten Information hat zukommen lassen und uns ein herzliches Willkommen bereitet hat. Das Haus mit seinem rustikalen Charm (und moderner Küche) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was man sich für einen entspannten Aufenthalt wünschen kann, zum Beispiel Kaffee, Tee, Olivenöl, Gewürze und vieles mehr! Außerdem hat man von Alleghe einen tollen Ausgangspunkt, um die Dolomiten zu erkunden. Wir können das Casa del Rocca sehr empfehlen.

We booked this stay last minute after being snowed out of camping and what an incredible treat! The hosts are kind and warm people who go out of their way to ensure you feel at home and enjoy your time. The view is spectacular, the garden, wood burning BBQ and hot tub were all a great extra. We stayed with our small dog who was treated really well. The place had everything you need and was a quiet respite. Highly recommend. Would love to return.

Bellissima Casa, spaziosa, pulita e molto curata nei dettagli. Lo spazio esterno e la vista sulla montagna sono spettacolari. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e molto ben collegata con la cabinovia, a piedi ci vogliono pochi minuti per arrivare al centro si Siusi. Un Grande Saluto a Judith e a Leah per averci fatto sentire a Casa, Grazie di Cuore.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Chalet Zoila! Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Esstisch war so gross, dass wir (4 Paare und 4 kleine Kinder) alle Platz daran fanden! Zudem hat uns Michaela Reisebetten und Hochstühle für die Kleinen zur Verfügung gestellt. Von der Terasse und der Sauna hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die Berge. Im Garten kann man auf Liegestühlen und Hängematte die ruhige Umgebung geniessen und am Feuer oder Gasgrill grillieren. Michaela hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns viele Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zur Umgebung gegeben. Es gibt die Möglichkeit Brote vom Bäcker liefern zu lassen und hausgemachte Speisen zu bestellen. Die Lasagne ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben!

Mooie plek met groots uitzicht. Beloopbaar van diverse restaurants, ongeveer 25 minuten “one way”. Veel privacy. Geeft goede aanbevelingen, documentatie voorhanden.

Ich fand das kleine dörfchen echt super, ich fand die Unterkunft auch besonders, irgendwie einer der besten der letzten Jahre mit, da sie so besonders insgesamt ist, ein kleines Haus von der Grundfläche, 3 etagen 1 Küche, gäste WC, Wohnzimmer mit 1er bett oder sitzmöglichkeit und 2 kleinen Stühlen vor dem Eingang Oben in der Mitteletage ist ein geräumiges Bad mit Balkon und die Heizungsanlage mit Waschmachine und Waschpulver. Es tut mir leid, dass ich die Kurtaxe vergessen habe, ich schaue im Urlaub nicht oft auf mein Handy, ich habe es erst 2 Tage später gesehen, ich wusste aber auch nicht, dass wir welche zahlen müssen ich meine 1,5 am Tag je erwachsenen offenbar, da wir 6 Euro da lassen sollten. Oben unter dem Dach ist ein Doppelbett und ein Kleiderschrank, ich finde es da, tatsächlich etwas zu warm, so schön wie die Unterkunft ist auch ist, da muss aus meiner Sicht eine Klimaanlage rein, es ging mit den Fenster im Juni, aber um 20:30 war es mir noch zu warm.

Cet endroit est magnifique, au milieu d'une prairie, à l'orée d'une belle forêt et avec vue sur les montagnes. Nous avons pu montrer les animaux de la ferme à notre fille. Dans le grand jardin il y a des tables, des chaises longues et même des jeux pour enfants. Merci beaucoup Marlène pour votre accueil !

Wspaniała lokalizacja, ciche miejsce w sam raz żeby odpocząć po ciężkim dniu na nartach. Blisko do sklepu oraz pizzerii. Gospodarz bardzo miły i uprzejmy chętnie doradza. W naszym apartamencie czuliśmy się jak w domu wszytko było na swoim miejscu polecam i na pewno wrócę.

Host was very responsive and eager to please. Nice touches like a bottle of wine awaited us. Bathroom is brand new, while other parts of the apartment are older. People with mobility issues should note that they have to go up a long flight of narrow staircase. We liked that the location was 10 min outside of Cortina, and therefore, free of the crowds, noise and construction. Host offered us a very late checkout without us even asking, which was much appreciated. Overall, a good value and a good stay!

Amazing view, fabulous location, easy to drive to big towns, close to supermarket and a few resturants, and close to a hiking trail, a good place to relax and enjoy nature. Monika is also very friendly and kind.

L'ospitalità e la disponibilità che abbiamo trovato è stata esemplare . Ci hanno fatto sentire come di casa . L'appartamento è grande , pulito e comodissimo . Abbiamo assegnato il punteggio massimo , ma si meriterebbe anche un plus . Consigliatissimo .

Nossos dias em La Villa foram maravilhosos! A casa de Maria é linda, confortável e tem o necessário para uma estadia de uma semana, como a nossa (5 noites). Nos sentimos em casa, com a privacidade necessária para aproveitar a região das dolomitas. Caso um dos seus desejos seja ver a famosa Enrosadira, basta sentar no jardim da casa e apreciar. Se o objetivo for fazer as trilhas e caminhadas, as principais estão a menos de uma hora de carro. A posição do Air Bnb é excelente e permite fácil acesso às variadas regiões das Dolomitas. Maria sempre estava a disposição para ajudar com dicas e sugestões. Sem dúvidas ela representa o melhor da comunidade do AirBNB. La Villa é um lugar pequeno, mas muito charmoso e tranquilo. Recomendamos visitar com um carro, embora tenhamos visto alguns ônibus. Há mercados próximos e alguns restaurantes. Em resumo, um excelente AirBNB para quem visita as Dolomitas! Sem dúvidas voltaremos no futuro.

Sono stata in Baiata da Luigi con la mia famiglia e quella di mio fratello,con la presenza di 3 bambini dei quali 1 di 1 anno.Abbiamo trascorso giorni stupendi,tra sci, passeggiate notturne nella neve e giochi davanti al fuoco del camino acceso.Abbiamo adorato il trasferimento in slitta,avventuroso,la baita accogliente e pulitissima,la vicinanza alle piste da sci, ma soprattutto l'accoglienza di Luigi che con la sua simpatia e presenza ha reso tutto ancora piú speciale.Siamo partiti con una bella nevicata e con una gran voglia di tornare molto presto magari questa estate.

We simply loved the place!! The location is just perfect, you can wake up at 8 am and hit the slope at 8:30. There is no night life, as you cannot leave the place after 4pm, but we loved our family holidays. Skiing every day whole day for a week and playing in the snow till the evening. The place itself is pretty small but there is everything you need, as long as you share it with family or really close friends, it’s ok for 4-5 people. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Giorgio's place is absolutely amazing. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of space. We went during the summer and multiple hikes are accessible right in front of the place with a cable car just down the hill. Giorgio provided great recommendations and the check-in was easy. The description matched the amenities, we had a starter pack for everything we needed for a week stay. The next time we are in the Val Fassa area we will be looking to book Giorgio's place.

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Besonders angenehm: die vorhandene Nespresso-Kapselmaschine, die den Start in den Tag noch schöner gemacht hat. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – der Ausblick auf Ladis und die umliegenden Berge ist einmalig. Man kann regelrecht die Uhr vergessen, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt und dieses Panorama genießt – einfach wunderschön! Auch die Nähe zur Gondelstation war für uns als Skifahrer ideal. Der Fußweg ist kurz und unkompliziert, und das Beste: Vor Ort konnten wir unsere Skiausrüstung deponieren und uns direkt dort umziehen – super praktisch und stressfrei. Alles in allem: eine top Unterkunft mit einer großartigen Gastgeberin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Soggiorno fantastico in questo caratteristico cottage! Meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa con possibilità di escursioni già partendo dalla casa. L'alloggio è dotato di ogni accessorio utile,non mancava davvero niente! Emanuela è una proprietaria come pochi che prende a cuore gli ospiti e fornisce indicazioni e consigli sul luogo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e anche i cani sono stati subito a loro agio rilassandosi al fresco in giardino.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft und konnten uns super entspannen. Alles war sauber und wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Nach einer Woche haben wir auch neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen. Die Aussicht auf die Berge war großartig, das haben wir sehr genossen.

Die Zeit bei Daniela war aufgrund des wunderschönen Chalets und der fantastischen Lage außergewöhnlich erholsam. Das Haus ist blitzblank sauber, klar und harmonisch eingerichtet und herrlich ruhig gelegen. Vor allem haben wir die Terrasse und den Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne sehr genossen. Highlight ist außerdem die Sauna sowie die Infrarot Kabine. Daniela hat uns herzlichst begrüßt und die Kommunikation mit ihr war einwandfrei. Bei Ankunft lagen einige Aufmerksamkeiten liebevoll für uns bereit. Wunderbar waren auch vielfältige Details wie bereitgestellte Wanderrucksäcke, etc. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich der Lift sowie Zugang zu Wald- und Wiesenwegen. Wir haben herrlich tief geschlafen und fühlen uns richtig recharged. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für diese wundervolle Zeit, Daniela.

A truly beautiful location. Close to the lift and restaurants of piste 85 (Alpe Cermis), yet very quiet and private. The view of the valley is breathtaking, the terrace full of sun. And you can ski directly there on your skis. The communication is very friendly and attentive. Allessandro is very helpful. The house itself is clean, but slightly old-fashioned in terms of bathroom and kitchen (see photo's). We think this Chalet has an excellent price/quality balance and can highly recommend the Chalet. Tips for your stay: - Online you can buy tickets with a 10% discount. - The slope is for a novice to intermediate skier. Try the 75,88,76,84,74,87 (long + descend 1400 meters (!)). - A day trip to Latemar is definitely worth it (but much busier) - The ski rental near the chalet is much friendlier and cheaper than the one downstairs (+10% discount). - Try Tiramisu at Baita Tonda and fresh pizza at Eurotel Hotel. We would for sure recommend the Chalet!
