Only Positive. The photos and descriptions reflect reality. Host always reachable, friendly and flexible. If you are looking for a place for a large family, I recommend the house in Paris of Jérôme.

The house is very clean and functional. Something small to get around with children. But it fits what the ad says. Very new furniture. Aurelie is a really good host.

Great spot for a big group or family. Funky house layout (lots of stairs), but it has all the necessary beds for 8 people (3 queen beds and 2 twin/ kid beds in the attic). (The kids' room fit two adults fine, even with low ceilings). No air conditioning, BUT if you open the windows, the nighttime breeze was actually very cool (even in the summer), and fans were provided. The kitchen, living room, and terrasse were AMAZING! We loved having group dinners outside and the kitchen has everything you need and more! Also loved the washer/dryer. Amenities were the best. The neighborhood is more calm and quiet. The home is close to a cute park and some good kebab/halal food options. A little walk from the subway - about 12-15 minutes. Overall, everything felt clean and well-kept. The hosts were clear with instructions and very friendly.

Experiencing an AirB&B for the first time can be very worrying; however, if all hosts were like Ludovic, there would be no doubt. The apartment is located in a real estate complex, in a very quiet area, where several shops, including a full grocery store located 3 minutes walk can meet all our food needs. Access is restricted to the occupants of the building, which makes everything absolutely safe. The apartment is as represented by the host. Everything is very clean. A small balcony invited us to relax there on our return and enjoy the last rays of sunshine. The RER is about 20 minutes' walk, however, a bus circuit that can be used is 4 minutes' walk and takes us to the RER in a very short time. A pedestrian path is located nearby, leading us near the Marne. If you decide to choose to stay outside the heart of Paris, Ludovic's apartment in St-Maurice is the perfect place. Ludovic

This accommodation offered by Olivier and his wife was perfect for me and it was ideal for one person. I stayed there for 3 nights and I do not regret it and I thank them for their investments with their guests.

Extremely clean, comfortable space, very close to airport

Margaret was a wonderful host, and I felt very safe and comfortable staying in her home. It was an easy 10 minute walk from her home to the metro, and she helped me understand the Paris metro system. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and protected in her home. It was a joy to stay with Margaret and I hope to go back someday.

Friendly host, close to Disneyland and comfort stay

Excellent stay at Yann and Laure's. Yann is a very welcoming and caring host! The house is very beautiful, the jacuzzi a delight and the table d'hôte a real treat in addition to being copious. This little interlude during our GR14 stage did us the greatest good! We recommend +++++
