Holiday rentals with breakfast in Seine-et-Marne

Spacious basement with dining-living kitchen, bedroom with extra sofa and TV, neat shower room with toilet, washbasin and shower. Also there is direct access to the garden with a table and chairs. The location is about 10 minutes drive from Chateau-Thierry, a somewhat larger place with restaurants, bakery and big shops

Great spot! Spacious, clean and comfortable! One of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed at. The one thing that you should keep in mind is that the beds aren’t huge. You can fit 6 grown up men in there but it is going to be tight.

We were completely happy with the place. Everything was very clean, tidy and decorated with a lot of love for detail – you immediately realize that someone really went out of their way here. Especially important to us was the proximity to Disneyland, which we could reach in only 10 minutes – perfect! The surroundings were quiet and family friendly, also the neighbors were nice. In short, everything was just right. We would come back. Everything was really picobello!

Nora and her husband were fantastic hosts. Arranged for pick up and brought us to the accommodation and picked us up and drove us to the airport. We would have struggled with both trips. Greatly appreciated not having to worry about it.

Just one night spent in this accommodation as part of a day at Disneyland Park. Very clean accommodation as well as the necessary toilet/bed. Even a little attention for the morning breakfast. Friendly, responsive host. The explanations for the arrival are very clear. We recommend it and we will come back 🙂

Michele is a great host. She helped us with our very late check in, personally showing everything we need. The apartment is brand new furnished. We loved the balcony.

This is a lovely, very quiet apartment; everything as described. There is a beautiful little balcony, which just about fit three of us for breakfast with a view over the tops of the green trees - very enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee and tea was provided. Supermarket with everything you need is around the corner. The flat is not really a walking distance to the centre, but good connections with public transport (metro). We didn't get a chance to check out the park near the property as we only stayed for two nights. But very happy, would stay again. Thank you very much, Marie.

A small but very functional accommodation in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hosts are very welcoming and Marie is very proactive (she contacted me during the stay to make sure everything was okay). The accommodation is small so it's not the great luxury but everything is clean and complete. Note that the accommodation is in the heart of the guest house. This may bother some, even if Marie and her family were discreet and very pleasant.

Experiencing an AirB&B for the first time can be very worrying; however, if all hosts were like Ludovic, there would be no doubt. The apartment is located in a real estate complex, in a very quiet area, where several shops, including a full grocery store located 3 minutes walk can meet all our food needs. Access is restricted to the occupants of the building, which makes everything absolutely safe. The apartment is as represented by the host. Everything is very clean. A small balcony invited us to relax there on our return and enjoy the last rays of sunshine. The RER is about 20 minutes' walk, however, a bus circuit that can be used is 4 minutes' walk and takes us to the RER in a very short time. A pedestrian path is located nearby, leading us near the Marne. If you decide to choose to stay outside the heart of Paris, Ludovic's apartment in St-Maurice is the perfect place. Ludovic

We had an amazing time and it was such a Beautiful place and so easy to get to Gare de nord from the station which was only a 5 minute walk away

Fabienne and her friends were incredibly kind. They were great hosts who proactively sent us very detailed directions to their home before our arrival. It was very easy to find because of this. They provided us with coffee and breakfast which was lovely. Their home is very nice and has a beautiful garden. We tried many of their restaurant recommendations and we loved them all. Their home is in a very good location and close to public transportation. We will definitely return to Paris and would love to stay here again.

The agendas meant that we did not meet but we had all the information in advance and the stay went wonderfully. Very good plan for a weekend at Disney, two metro stops away (in a cool and quiet city). With this accommodation we were able to be completely self-sufficient. Thanks again to the hosts!

Margaret was a wonderful host, and I felt very safe and comfortable staying in her home. It was an easy 10 minute walk from her home to the metro, and she helped me understand the Paris metro system. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and protected in her home. It was a joy to stay with Margaret and I hope to go back someday.

Such a lovely place to stay at. We felt at home immediately and the place was very cosy and stylish at the same time. Our host was so helpful and gave us a list of local restaurants that he recommended. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Excellent stay at Claudine and her husband's: they are very welcoming, helpful and offer good advice. The big plus is the breakfast served every morning with pastries and fresh bread with good coffee that wakes you up! I highly recommend this listing!
