Apartment holiday rentals in Val-des-Prés

Super apartment, located in a lovely chalet. The interior is really nice and is very well kitted out. A lovely view of the mountains from the balcony…. we enjoyed sitting out there late afternoon on our sunny days! It was a bonus to have a large indoor parking space, along with access to the ski room downstairs. Really liked the location, close to the slopes and not far from the village. Nathalie was a great host, very helpful from the moment I enquired to our departure. Thank you Nathalie, we throughly enjoyed our stay!

The stay at Romain's was excellent, everything was as advertised and there was absolutely everything we needed. The train station and supermarket are a stone's throw away, the location is great. Romain was also available for any questions or concerns.

This is the second time we have stayed in this lovely and well placed apartment. Perfect for a week’s skiing - pleasant 10min walk to lifts. Quiet location and nice balcony view.

Beautiful accommodation, ideally located at the foot of the mountains, perfect for off-season hikes or going for skiing. Everything is well equipped and super clean and comfortable! Unbeatable value!

The apartment was perfect, as described, very spacious, well arranged, very well equipped and it is ideally located in the resort. Thank you for everything.

Cozy apartment. Very bright and with a beautiful view of all of Briancon. Very quiet: I don't know if it was just a stroke of luck because the apartment next door was empty or if it's always like this... we slept very well. Very clean. You need a car because getting to the village is not very convenient (but you can do it if you like to walk). But by car it's close. The slopes, on the other hand, can be reached on foot, cutting through a meadow, right next door. Ditto for getting home. It was hot when we arrived. There was also plenty of hot water. Many closets. Comfortable beds. Washing machine. Very well stocked as far as the kitchen is concerned. ATTENTION: if you are Italian and you are used to Italian CUSHIONS, the thick padded, rectangular and long ones, bring the cushions from home because here they have French cushions, i.e. square, small and flat, like the ones we Italians use as decoration for sofas. Will we be back? Definitely

Very nice and functional accommodation, on the ground floor a few minutes' walk from the excellent bakery. Super clean and everything is there, even coffee and tea for breakfast. Recommended without hesitation.

A small but functional space. A responsive host full of good advice is always ready to be of service. The resort is beautiful with many shops and services nearby. Big thanks for the stay.

The apartment is very well located, in close proximity to shops and the snow front. It is very clean and well-equipped. The only downside is the lack of storage. The sofa in the living room doesn't seem suitable for sleeping two adults. Very happy stay.

Laurence is very responsive in exchanges. The apartment was very clean. It is very well located with easy parking. It is quiet in summer and at the foot of the chairlifts in winter. There is a very nice large bacon, the kitchen is well equipped for 4 people. It's fantastic value for money. I would highly recommend it!

We had a great time at this place that perfectly met our expectations. Carefully renovated, it is ideal for 6 people and enjoys a prime location: at the foot of the slopes, close to the ski school and shops, with a magnificent view. Sami is a very responsive and attentive host, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

Beautiful apartment with great views, where you can really feel comfortable. The check-in was a bit bumpy, as the concierge did not speak English, but in the end we received all the information. We were in the accommodation during the low season. At this time, all restaurants and shops on the mountain are closed. So you have to be aware that you need about 20 minutes to the next shopping opportunity. Unfortunately, it took us 2 days to heat the apartment to a pleasant temperature. This was chilly, which was probably due to the low season and the uninhabited building. All in all, however, it was a stay to feel good and relax.

We had a great time in this pleasant, clean and well-located apartment. Everything is as advertised, and we felt very comfortable there. The welcome was responsive and warm, with smooth communication throughout the stay. Thank you again for this great experience, we'll be back with pleasure!

Check-in is easy and well signposted. Clean and quiet apartment, I would recommend it.

A fantastic location in the centre of town. You can walk straight out and get on the free lift that crosses town and takes you to the bottom of the Signal or Pic Blanc ski lifts. The pool and spa were fantastic; everything was new and extremely clean. We went with two adults and two kids, and it was perfect, with a spare double bed as the kids used the bunk beds. The only downside is that the ski room is slightly far away from the apartment, and the boot dryers weren't working, which was apparently a decision by building management. This would not stop me from booking again, though. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would thoroughly recommend it.
