Excellent condition of the house with a spacious living room and fairly clean bathroom and kitchen with everything working in good condition. A detailed guide to the house, the cat and the neighborhood is also provided. The cat is very lovely and thus great for those who love animals, but please avoid choosing this house if you are allergic to cats. The location is okay, being a five minute walk from a carrefour supermarket and the underground station, and it takes around 20 minutes to reach the city center, but please note that the area near the underground station is not very safe at night in our perspective. There is also little good restaurant nearby but the bakeries are quite nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Vanessa and Viet’a place very much. The house is lovely, inside and out. The kitchen is a cook’s paradise, and we enjoyed getting groceries and making dinner. The neighborhood is great, with lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby. It was also a short walk to multiple metro stations, making it easy to get around Paris.

We (4 adults and 5 children) had four wonderful days in Paris and could not have wished for better accommodation. 🍀 When we arrived, there was no parking space on the street, but the host let us park in the courtyard – very nice! ⭐️ The house was cozy, clean and reminded me of my childhood – I felt at home. ⭐️ The bed linen was fresh and comfortable - better than in many hotels. ⭐️ ⚠️ An important note for families with small children: A staircase in the house is not secured – you have to be careful. You can even barbecue in the yard - very pleasant! ☑️ The accommodation is in a quiet area, the RER station is nearby – ideal for reaching the center. ⭐️ The hosts were super friendly, helpful and always available. ⭐️ Another note: There is a lovely cat that 🐈comes and goes freely in the house. This place is a must. It is only a 20 min train ride to Paris on RER C or D which both stations are only 2 bus stops from the house depending on where you’re going. I suggest you get the Navigo Decouvre card. Her place is welcoming surrounded by bakeries , stores and restaurants along the way. Joelle herself is the nicest lady I met in Paris always helping out . Would definitely come back .

I cannot say enough about this space and the host. This was a very exceptional experience and would gladly stay here upon each visit I have to Paris in the future. I will also recommend this place to my contacts as Antonin’s place is a true gem. The whole experience from. He l in to departure was phenomenal.

This is my second time staying at this location. It was great for our girls trip previously and family trip this year. The separation of space on the different levels gave everyone their own space. There is a friendly garden cat, I think named “Me-Moo”, that welcomed us home most nights and made it feel homey and Parisian. Very close to the Metro Line 2 which made commuting in the city very easy. We unfortunately had a lot of flight travel issues but were luckily able to extend on the back end. Yves, was very accommodating when our departure flight was delayed and allowed us to check out a couple hours late (there were no guests arriving the day we departed). Thank you and I hope to visit again.

Thanks to Como and Juliette for the great family stay at their pretty house in Vincennes. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the house, its equipment, including a parking space in a garage, the proximity to many shops and restaurants as well as public transport. Everything was spotless and as described. A special mention for Como's excellent responsiveness to our requests and for the delicate attention. Thank you again. I mentioned a good value for money and not a very good one but you have to take into account the size of the house (4 bedrooms), the period (JO Paris 2024) and especially the (exorbitant) commission of Air BnB. Maybe that's the only problem.

Very pleasant stay. Nice house, modern style and CLEAN. It matched the photos. The host was always available and kind. Recommended neighborhood because it is quiet in the evening. The subway is just a stone's throw away!

I would highly recommends this Airbnb, peaceful neighborhood, proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, and a short walk to the RER station into central Paris. The house was clean, well-equipped, spacious, and ideal for families, with two showers and nearby parking. The host, Minh was kind, helpful, proactive and responsive , going above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

Adrien was an excellent host. We had a group of 13 and ot was perfect for a.large geoup. The place was clean and had ALL the things we needed. She even had some laundry pods available as we weren't able to get to.the store before they closed but really needed a wash. She had multiple washing machines and dryers. Awesome! Would definitely use again.

This unit is located on a very quiet residential dead-end, with a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro, and a 5 minute walk to the tram. There’s a ton of food nearby and a tiny grocery store to buy staples. The host was amazing and entry to get in was super easy. We had zero problems at all, which was great!

It was an exceptional stay. This is my best experience to date in an AIRBNB. Everything was perfect, the accommodation is very large, spacious and bright with a choice of decoration. Everything is in the detail, the accommodation is very well equipped, Everything was in working order. The garden is beautiful.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this thoughtfully furnished house. Its location in a quiet neighborhood and proximity to the RER station was very convenient. The kids loved the kids’ furniture and the many toys. We felt that we had plenty of space in this house with 3 adults and two littles. Future guests may want to take note of the additional rules as there is a house cat who comes and goes.

Yvan and his wife Catherine were outstanding hosts. We were over from the Olympics with a number of people coming and going, our requirements weren’t always simple . Yvan responded whenever asked , be it organizing restaurant bookings demonstrating how to connect his tv to British output , introducing us to local cheese and wine merchants who came to the house and gave us a five star evening. We feel we made some new friends …. They were truly outstanding in every sense and made our experience in Paris for the Olympics special in many ways. He was extremely helpful with transport advice too … There can’t be a better Air BNB host out there .

The DML-LMP team has excellent staff, from booking to check-in for the key handover. Thibaud hosted us very well, flexible and attentive because we were surprised by the traffic jams. The house met all our expectations, spacious, warm, friendly with a large reception table. The veranda delighted children and parents with its foosball table, so phones and screens were put away for a real moment of sharing and conviviality. The kitchen is equipped with quality amenities, utensils and appliances. The stay is very pleasant with its spacious sofa. Cozy rooms with quality bedding and very clean. The premises are fully consistent with the photos on the site. The whole family was delighted and we recommend it. Thanks for this good and merry Christmas.

We had the perfect stay at Valérie and Pierre’s apartment. They are the most lovely and caring hosts who made our time in Paris for our wedding very special and we felt at home straight away. The apartment is spotless and very clean. It is well-equipped with everything you need and there’s enough space for four guests.
