Family-friendly holiday rentals in Val-de-Marne

Apartment as described and very bright due to large windows (could get hot in summer), very nice large roof terrace . 2 small steps in the living room as well as a bathtub for showering, for the disabled may be a problem, otherwise the house is barrier-free. Beds comfortable, nearest metro station 8 minutes walk, bus stop 4 minutes, Drive to the well-known sights between 30 and 45 minutes. Supermarket, bakery, fruit merchant, restaurants, etc. very close. Quiet location, you can sleep well with the window open. We had a very nice stay!!

We stayed here for 5 nights and were so happy with our choice! The location was fantastic- we walked almost everywhere from here, and the city bikes were just around the corner when too far to walk. The train station was also easily walkable for further locations. The apartment had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, wifi excellent. We never had disrupted sleep from an early trash truck mentioned on earlier reviews. Lastly and most importantly, Yama was a fantastic host. He met us upon arrival with helpful information and was super responsive to all questions we had throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

Martin's apartment was the PERFECT place to stay for our first trip to Paris! The location cannot be beat, everything is so easily accessible. So many great restaurants and shops right on the street and in the neighborhood. Metro was super easy to find and use for places that were too far to walk. Martin was a great host and always responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the codes for both doors during check in, but after we recieved the keys, there is a fob that easily opens both doors and had no further trouble. It is worth noting the apartment is a third floor walk up, so don't overpack luggage! The apartment itself is spacious and clean, we were so happy to have the extra space. The bath towels could use replacement, as they are small and super scratchy/bleach stained, but we have found the same thing at Airbnb's in other parts of Europe. I would just consider packing my own for next time. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitley be staying here on our next trip!

This apartment was truly special—an unforgettable Parisian experience! We felt so lucky to spend a few days here and live like true Parisiens. The decor was chic and comfortable, filled with fantastic art, an impressive movie collection, and a well-stocked library. There was endless storage and plenty of space for our group of six adults to relax and unwind. The private hot tub, sauna, and hammam were absolute luxuries after long days of exploring the city. The location was unbeatable—restaurants, shopping, and train stations were just outside the door, and I loved starting each day with a visit to Black Bird coffee. Lucie and Sébastien were fabulous communicators. The apartment even had QR codes to help us navigate the features like the skylights and hammam, which was such a thoughtful touch. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the entire space was beautifully maintained. Everything was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

My 2 adult children had a great time staying here. The location is perfect. Near cafes, shops, and a market. Metro stop an easy walk. We walked to Notre Dame and Saint Chapelle. Arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms is a bit awkward but it worked for us. One bedroom could only be accessed by walking through another bedroom. The courtyard was charming, kitchen well stocked, and we always felt safe.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful, house, cozy and had all that we needed. Great location, close to metro, nice shops, restaurants nearby, yet quiet and peaceful. Check-in ,check out was easy with clear instructions. We felt welcomed in Paris. Marc and Richard are great hosts.

I had a lovely stay. The welcome was warm and the host was particularly attentive and available throughout my stay. The accommodation is comfortable, well maintained and consistent with the listing, which allowed me to feel quickly at ease. Yohann was extremely responsive to all my questions. While we had a slight issue in the beginning, it was a misunderstanding on both ends and rectified quickly. I would definitely stay here again! Wonderful area in the middle of the Marais district.

We enjoyed our time here so much. It is a unique space that felt very Parisian to us (along a passage). It fit our family well. We had everything we needed. Karim and Sonia were super welcoming hosts with great recommendations.

Jerome’s place is a unique artist working space, it looks like you’re living a bohemian life in Paris! ❤️ Jerome is very responsive and helpful with all the requests we had. There is a parking space at a cost that we used. Would recommend and go back!

This apartment was an absolute gem and I already can’t wait to be back! The space is an awesome blend of modern chicness and historic charm, and the location couldn't be better. Greg was incredibly attentive, easy and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Cozy top floor apartment in the Marais neighborhood of Paris (3rd Arr). We stayed there for 7 days and had a great time. Very comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need to make some small meals, and plenty of hot water for showers. Even though it’s on the top floor (we counted 99 stairs!) there is a small lift/elevator that gets you to just below the last floor. The neighborhood is fantastic with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and you’re very close to the Filles du Calvaire Metro stop. Sébastien was prompt in responding to any questions we had and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

This is a very charming apartment which was very spacious and gave room for us to work, with an adequate kitchen that had everything we needed. The house has a rustic feel to it, which is natural given its age, and very nice character. The stay was very comfortable and we would return and stay again in a heartbeat.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very pleasant, attentive and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, as the machine was not in the accommodation. Upon our arrival, chilled orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate attention! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 minutes from the park by car). Upon arrival, we had the pleasant surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were very much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We recommend this address without hesitation and will gladly return if the opportunity arises!
