Townhome holiday rentals in Val-de-Marne

Excellent condition of the house with a spacious living room and fairly clean bathroom and kitchen with everything working in good condition. A detailed guide to the house, the cat and the neighborhood is also provided. The cat is very lovely and thus great for those who love animals, but please avoid choosing this house if you are allergic to cats. The location is okay, being a five minute walk from a carrefour supermarket and the underground station, and it takes around 20 minutes to reach the city center, but please note that the area near the underground station is not very safe at night in our perspective. There is also little good restaurant nearby but the bakeries are quite nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Vanessa and Viet’a place very much. The house is lovely, inside and out. The kitchen is a cook’s paradise, and we enjoyed getting groceries and making dinner. The neighborhood is great, with lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby. It was also a short walk to multiple metro stations, making it easy to get around Paris.

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) hatten vier wunderschöne Tage in Paris und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können. 🍀 Bei unserer Ankunft war auf der Straße kein Parkplatz frei, aber der Gastgeber ließ uns im Innenhof parken – sehr nett! ⭐️ Das Haus war gemütlich, sauber und erinnerte mich an meine Kindheit – ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. ⭐️ Die Bettwäsche war frisch und bequem – besser als in vielen Hotels. ⭐️ ⚠️ Ein wichtiger Hinweis für Familien mit kleinen Kindern: Eine Treppe im Haus ist nicht gesichert – man muss aufpassen. Im Hof kann man sogar grillen – sehr angenehm! ☑️ Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, die RER-Station ist in der Nähe – ideal, um das Zentrum zu erreichen. ⭐️ Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. ⭐️ Noch ein Hinweis: Es gibt eine liebe Katze 🐈, die frei ins Haus rein- und rausgeht. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce logement propre et fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire sur place (gel douche, café...) dès l'arrivée. Joëlle nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a toujours su se rendre disponible pour nous tout en nous laissant notre espace et notre intimité. Le logement prend place à l'arrière de la maison des propriétaires et en est complètement indépendant.

I cannot say enough about this space and the host. This was a very exceptional experience and would gladly stay here upon each visit I have to Paris in the future. I will also recommend this place to my contacts as Antonin’s place is a true gem. The whole experience from. He l in to departure was phenomenal.

This is my second time staying at this location. It was great for our girls trip previously and family trip this year. The separation of space on the different levels gave everyone their own space. There is a friendly garden cat, I think named “Me-Moo”, that welcomed us home most nights and made it feel homey and Parisian. Very close to the Metro Line 2 which made commuting in the city very easy. We unfortunately had a lot of flight travel issues but were luckily able to extend on the back end. Yves, was very accommodating when our departure flight was delayed and allowed us to check out a couple hours late (there were no guests arriving the day we departed). Merci à Côme et Juliette pour l'excellent séjour passé en famille dans leur jolie maison de Vincennes. Tout était parfait. La propreté de la maison, son équipement, y compris un emplacement de stationnement dans un garage, la proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants ainsi que des transports en commun. Tout était impeccable et conforme à la description. Une mention particulière pour l'excellente réactivité de Côme à nos demandes et pour les délicates attentions. Encore mille mercis. J'ai mentionné un bon rapport qualité/prix et non un très bon mais il faut tenir compte de la taille de la maison (4 chambres à coucher), de la période (JO Paris 2024) et surtout de la commission (exorbitante) d'Air BnB. C'est peut-être là le seul problème.

I would highly recommends this Airbnb, peaceful neighborhood, proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, and a short walk to the RER station into central Paris. The house was clean, well-equipped, spacious, and ideal for families, with two showers and nearby parking. The host, Minh was kind, helpful, proactive and responsive , going above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

Adrien was an excellent host. We had a group of 13 and ot was perfect for a.large geoup. The place was clean and had ALL the things we needed. She even had some laundry pods available as we weren't able to get to.the store before they closed but really needed a wash. She had multiple washing machines and dryers. Awesome! Would definitely use again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this thoughtfully furnished house. Its location in a quiet neighborhood and proximity to the RER station was very convenient. The kids loved the kids’ furniture and the many toys. We felt that we had plenty of space in this house with 3 adults and two littles. Future guests may want to take note of the additional rules as there is a house cat who comes and goes.

Yvan and his wife Catherine were outstanding hosts. We were over from the Olympics with a number of people coming and going, our requirements weren’t always simple . Yvan responded whenever asked , be it organizing restaurant bookings demonstrating how to connect his tv to British output , introducing us to local cheese and wine merchants who came to the house and gave us a five star evening. We feel we made some new friends …. They were truly outstanding in every sense and made our experience in Paris for the Olympics special in many ways. He was extremely helpful with transport advice too … There can’t be a better Air BNB host out there .

L'équipe DML-LMP un staff au top, de la réservation à l'accueil pour la remise des clés. Thibaud nous a très très bien reçu, flexible et à l'écoute car nous avons été surpris par les bouchons. La maison à rempli toutes nos attentes, spacieuse, chaleureuse, conviviale avec une grande table de réception. La véranda à ravi les enfants et les parents avec son baby-foot, donc les téléphones, écrans au placard un vrai moment de partage et de convivialité. La cuisine est dotée d'équipements de qualité, aussi bien d'ustensiles et d'appareils électroménagers. Le séjour très agréable avec son canapé spacieux. Les chambres cosy et avec une literie de qualité et très propres. Les lieux sont totalement conformes aux photos du site. Toute la famille était ravie et nous vous la recommandons. Wir hatten in dem Haus einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt während der olympischen Spiele. Es war alles vorhanden und man hatte mit 4 Personen sehr viel Platz und Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Bartolome ist als Gastgeber wahnsinnig nett und gut zu erreichen. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

We had the perfect stay at Valérie and Pierre’s apartment. They are the most lovely and caring hosts who made our time in Paris for our wedding very special and we felt at home straight away. The apartment is spotless and very clean. It is well-equipped with everything you need and there’s enough space for four guests. Our stay was beyond our expectations and we’d definitely recommend to stay at this beautiful place. We’d love to come back for sure! Merci beaucoup à Valérie et Pierre!
