Holiday rentals with breakfast in Uzbekistan

The house is in a real neighborhood, not on a tourist road. Insude is beautiful and peaceful. the courtyard is green, planted with fruit trees and a covered open air cooking and eating space.

From the time I landed in Nukus until the time I reached my next destination, Aikas family was nothing but helpful. Her brother Daulat ensured I didn’t face any challenges by always being available as my translator, bargaining with taxi drivers for me and even ensuring I had all meals whenever I ended up in a situation where all the restaurants were shut. The family on the whole was super warm and made sure I wasn’t short of feeling at home :)

I have stayed at many Airbnb places by now, and my experiences have been mostly quite positive. That said, my stay at Khasan's stands out as the most memorable! I stayed in a home of an extended family, and the house is of traditional Uzbek style (I think). I was invited to a very gorgeous dining room, where I was served an excellent Uzbek foods cooked by Khasan's mom. These meals were really the highlight of my visit to Uzbekistan (or of many trips I have made in years.) Khasan and his family was very responsive and supportive, although only Khasan and his nephew spoke English. The bathrooms (shower and toilet) were in a separate building -- Khasan was a bit worried about that, but this reminded me of my Grandma's place (traditional farmhouses are perhaps similar across different cultures). Gulistan is not famous as a place for sightseeing and perhaps few tourists stop here, but if you want to see real Uzbekistan and its people, stay here!

Farukh and Medina’s place in Bukhara was absolutely perfect! The apartment given to us had comfortable beds, was generously heated for the cold winter, and had a lovely sitting room complete with a kettle for coffee and tea. Medina made us a delicious breakfast every morning which she ate with us and her adorable baby son :) she even woke up at 4 am to help us get an early taxi and packed us breakfast to go! They also know lots of local tips such as where to go running and get the best plov. Can’t recommend them enough!

Highly recommended! Probably the best night we've found in Uzbekistan. A huge place, a large living room with a huge table and a seating set, air-conditioned. Large kitchen. New equipment on the date and clean rooms. Perfect for a group of friends, as we do, in this country. The host, Atabek (the owner's son), insanely nice, who speaks perfectly Russian (in this area it is not so common), very helpful. He got us everything (shopping trips, airport transfer). We only have chillout left:)

"A Cozy, Relaxing Stay" I recently stayed at Jules Verne Hostel and had a wonderful experience. The location is quiet and surrounded by nature, making it the ideal place to unwind. The staff were welcoming and always ready to offer great recommendations for local activities. The hostel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The common areas are perfect for socializing, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook your own meals. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, chill spot to relax, I highly recommend this place!

Very clean structure with all services, rich and tasty breakfast, close to restaurants and bars and free Wifi access. But the true value of this place is the welcome and sincere hospitality from all the staff. It was a great experience to spend there a few days. Maftuna was very helpful and gave us great recommendations that have made our trip to Ferghana unforgetabble! I wholeheart recommend to all Airbnb community.

A wonderful boutique hotel with a warm welcome in a great location. The hotel is on a quiet street, a short walk to Lyabi Hauz. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning and the beds were so comfy! We had some great recommendations from the hosts for things to see and do and places to eat.

We wholeheartedly recommend Abdullah's Guest House. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from all the attractions in Khiva. Also you can relax in your comfy room (with AC) and at the balcony after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Fatima and Abdullah are lovely people, very acommodating and helpful, they make you feel right at home. We would definitely come back!

Bexruz and her father have a gorgeous usbeka home open to guests. Quiet and comfortable, next to the center. Bexruz and his father are empathetic and professional at the same time. I appreciated their style, discretion, and extreme availability . Breakfasts in the refined dining room will remain unforgettable. Their availability for guests is also 24/7.
