The best thing about this property are the comfortable beds. I had no problems sleeping at night. Appliances are all modern and high end. Laura was friendly and helpful. She provided maps for us to help locate the property. I love that she left out bug spray for the back porch. We spent most of our time out back enjoying the woods and all of the birds after dinner. The lighting of the back yard was very pretty. It was a very relaxing vacation, and I am sorry that it is over. We saw painted buntings, black chinned humming birds and golden fronted woodpeckers from back porch.

Gated Historic Estate, Pool, Open 4th July Week!

Agave Point was Amazing! The two kitchens were very well stocked, all beds were very comfortable, the Sun room (aka Living room) had an excellent surround sound that really enhanced the movie we watched. All buildings were very clean and the layout was perfect for our large family gathering. We came for the River but the pool became the main event. The walk to the river was short and having a place to park by river would have been excellent. We had a designated person that drove the group down to the river and this made it much easier as there was always lots of river gear to carry: tubes, chairs, towels etc. The river was excellent, there was a 3-4 ft section at the entry point and some shallower areas however we were able to float on tubes all the way down to the Concan swimming hole. It was an amazing experience!

We loved the porches, front and back. The pool was very clean and we had everything we needed. Please note that if you want to use the fire pit, bring firewood. Very relaxing place. It would be a great place to have a family reunion.
