Holiday rentals with a patio in Utting am Ammersee

We had a really fantastic stay. The photos can hardly do justice to the wonderful accommodation. Wolfgang and Andrea's interaction with us as guests makes the whole thing perfect. Absolute top class! We have rarely felt so comfortable anywhere else.

We had to quickly find accommodation because our car broke down traveling through Germany. After booking the apartment for a single night, we got a very quick reply from Tesa, and we could check in as soon as we got there. She’s a friendly and thoughtful host. The apartment is nice, located in a quiet neighborhood, and we found everything we needed in walking distance (restaurant, grocery stores).

The place was absolutely amazing and we also had a 4x4 so the gated underground parking made a huge difference for our stay! I would recommend this place to everyone. easy to find, peaceful and private :)

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

My family slept 2 days in Andreas Airbnb and enjoyed the time there very much. The apartment was clean and very modernly furnished. In the kitchen there was everything you need. Thanks for hosting.

We enjoyed the time very much. The apartment exactly matched the descriptions. Everything was sufficiently available. The apartment was very clean. There were always enough parking spaces on the street. Katharina was a good and very friendly landlady. Communication was perfect. We will be happy to come back. 🙂

The accommodation was very quiet in Feldafing above a small square and next to a church. Very good ice cream shop directly under the accommodation. On the square in front of the accommodation, there is always a market with small stalls on Fridays. Accommodation is well equipped and nothing is missing. But have never cooked, But were always eating. When showering, you just have to be careful that the bathroom does not get too wet, as there is no complete closure. With more than 6 people, it will be quite crowded. Great location near the beautiful Lake Starnberg and directly a bus stop in front of the door. We enjoyed the time very much! Communication was fast and friendly.

We stayed at Imke's place and everything was perfect. The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, ideal for resting. The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, the beds, very large and comfortable, greatly contributed to our comfort. The television offered a wide choice of programs, and the kitchen was very well equipped, with many utensils available. The bathroom, and especially the shower, was spacious and pleasant. The host, Imke, was simply excellent: very clear in her communications, extremely helpful, and the check-in instructions were simple and precise. I highly recommend Imke's services. An excellent experience!!

We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

This Airbnb was the best I've ever stayed at. First, because Mikhail was extremely friendly in welcoming us and explaining everything about the house. Second, because everything was new, clean and cozy! I recommend it and would come back! Thank you ❤️

Uli was a fantastic host - very responsive and proactive to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The house was easily big enough for the eight people in our group and the furnishings were very comfortable and homey. The location is perfect. We took the train to Munich, which was convenient, and we drove to Neuschwanstein, Zugspitze, Oberammergau, and several other locations - all within about an hour of the house. I will 100% stay here again when we return to this area.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. The accommodation is in a private house located on two floors. Ground floor: salon, kitchen, stove, toilet and shower, washing machine and dryer. There are three bedrooms on the second floor (at night you have to go down the stairs to the bathroom). Heating the bedrooms using electric heaters, corridor, kitchen and salon are heated using a wood stove. At our entrance, Katya flooded us with a stove, so it was very warm and pleasant in the evening and at night. Katie explained how to flood the stove ourselves and we enjoyed it in the following days. Everything in the kitchen is equipped for 4-5 people including a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, garbage bags, towels, etc. We only needed a microwave. In the shower, the water tap was tight, it was difficult for the children to open the water themselves. There is no dimming of windows, blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. At our request, Kati provided us with a time solution for dimming the windows. The overall design of the house is very neat and beautiful, with attention to the design. We liked it, we recommend it

Everything was as we expected. Right in the center of Murnau, shopping within walking distance. It takes a few minutes by bike to get to nature. The S-Bahn runs past the property, but was hard to hear.

We immediately felt comfortable here. The apartment is lovingly furnished and with details, well maintained and clean. The highlight is the terrace and the location is great with the proximity to the lake! Frank and Domenik were very friendly and helpful and the communication was relaxed. I'm sure we'll be back!

Wonderful apartment with a view of Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and walks through the hills

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We would enjoy staying at your home again someday.

I’ve stayed in this apartment for four months and find it quite a pleasant stay. It is well connected to everything in Landsberg and you can easily access nature as well. Only downside is that no supermarket is within walking distance, but Rewe is close by with 7min drive.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

We felt completely comfortable with Franziska. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated. The location is simply fantastic - nature begins right at the doorstep, ideal for walks, bike rides or a short run. Several lakes are also nearby and easily accessible. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself. We were traveling with four people plus baby and had plenty of space - both inside and outside. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning and enjoy the peace and quiet. Thank you, Franziska, for the great time - we will be happy to come back!
