Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

2 bedroom and one bath

Two bedroom house with on bath, hard wood floors in the kitchen and living room area and an open balcony. Rental is located on the second floor. Weekly cleaning service provided at no additional cost. Electricity and personal items are NOT included. Check out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day ($185). 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80 (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property).

Newly renovated upscale home located at the end of main street at the upper lagoon bridge. Fully insulated, fully airconditioned and energy efficient. Built to USA building code. Short walk to popular dive centers, restaurants, bars and Bando Beach. Off grid solar powered. Two spacious porches. Private water supply. Fenced and gated for privacy. Lined with mangroves on the lagoon side. Spacious yard with colorful landscaping. Spectacular sunrises can be seen from the house.

Sabine Pass, at The Lighthouse

Sabine Pass is a lower level corner Lagoon room that faces the Upper Lagoon inlet with easy access for those guests desiring no stairs. Enter into an uncluttered yet thoughtfully appointed room of pastels contrasted by its highly polished wooden floor. Stroll 2 minutes to the nearest of 6 dive center & restaurants and 5 minutes to the nearest beach. The Gardens - Breezy Top Floor Apartments

The Gardens is now offering 4 spacious one bedroom, fully furnished, upscale apartments for those wanting more than a just room with a bed while vacationing on Utila. The two upper floors with 14 foot ceilings are highlighted here. Each of the units is located on a paved road within a privacy fence with security lighting for your convenience. Each of these units boasts two decks, one of which is privacy partitioned. Shared champa on the grounds also has wifi coverage.

Villa Verde #2 Apartment/Hotel

Kick back and relax in this beautiful, clean, stylish space. We have tried to provide you with the essential amenities to make your stay very enjoyable. However, due to the high cost of electricity on the island we ask that you please turn off the AC when you’re out touring/cruising the island. We provide the necessary amount of power to ensure you are comfortable (10KW per 24hr) however, should you exceed this we will charge the going rate per each KW used after that.

Beach House in the Trees - Sleeps up to 7!

The Beach House in the Trees is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a large rustic, self-contained studio loft among the swaying palms, with panoramic views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. Our triple bunk sleeps 3 (extra charge over 2 guests). Utila’s family vacation spot!
