Holiday rentals with beach access in Utila

The curtains are very simple, all the clarity comes in and you can see everything from the outside. And the house requires more lighting on the outside because at night it is dark. But it is a safe and friendly island. Except for these points, an excellent experience in this accommodation, everything is very clean and quiet, in terms of price and quality, it seems to me that it is a 10 of 10. I would come back. ⭐️

Tamara and the Paradise regained property exceeded expectations! Beautiful property and location filled with everything you need. The spaces were beautifully maintained and it was very easy to just settle in on the Oceanside patio most nights instead of going out. The amenities were all perfect, walk to town was short so we never needed transportation and Tamara was incredibly helpful. Can highly recommend this location for your next stay

What a beautiful place to stay! The cove is gorgeous, accessible and can be viewed from the porch. Snorkeling on the reef right there. You can hear the waves perfectly when they’re rolling. Apartment is full of natural light, other than in the dark, cool, peaceful bedroom. House is finished to North American standards, with great hot water and pressure, granite countertops, good lighting, etc. We lived just as at home for a month. Neighborhood is very quiet, and perfect bicycle-distance from town. Best aspect was Erin, who was a great host and all-around special person. She was very helpful in many ways, and really provided a great first experience on Utila.

What can I say? Picked up by boat and brought to their beautiful beach front home on 400’ of private shoreline. Well appointed rooms with all the necessities, a very comfortable king size bed and luxury towels, walk in shower. On site, snorkeling, swimming, walks on the shore, second level boat dock to see sunrises and sunsets or lay in the sun. If you want a beautiful setting to wind down you found it! Don’t pass up this private getaway!

This place is really amazing. I can’t imagine a better value for what you get in the whole bay islands. It’s extremely private, peaceful, everything works well, amazing view and place to swim outside your door. The host always communicated very quickly. I definitely recommend this place. The only thing is the water pressure in the kitchen sink is a tiny little drip, and it makes doing dishes extremely difficult. Other than that small detail, this place is excellent and now that I’m in Roatan, I’m wishing that we had just stayed longer in this place.

This is an excellent beachfront getaway! Nightly Hermit crab expressway right off the back porch! Nice winds off the ocean. Hummingbirds everywhere. Just a few minutes in either direction to sandy beaches, great drinks & tide pools. Loved our stay!

Incredible and unique experience! Communications from Ozzie, Herman and Daphney were great. For a bit extra, Herman picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry dock in Utila in his dorry (small motor boat). He also included a trip the next day to Water Cay, which is important, as there are no beaches on Utila Cay. Herman and his family are among the friendliest people you'll ever meet! Lovely house, too! Important things to know: This house is not on Utila, but on Utila Cay, a 15 minute boat ride away. You'll need some way to get there—we used Herman's services. He can also bring you from La Ceiba, weather permitting, if you opt for that option. The house is likely the only lodging on the island, but the rest of the island is totally covered with houses. The islanders are lovely people and an interesting culture of their own, incredibly honest and friendly. The place is very safe. Utila Cay has several little stores, all just a short walk, and Herman has a restaurant.

It was our first time to Utila so we did not really know what to expect. Our host Cheri was amazing in her prompt communication, feedback, resourcefulness and attention and knowledge. Would say she has been the best airbnb host we’ve had and we’ve had a few! Having someone who knows the island well AND fluent in English was a huge bonus. The house met all our expectations and matched the posted description. It is a beautiful, well equipped home with stunning, ocean front surroundings. The only downside for us was that it was perhaps too far removed from the town and our family who were located at the other end of the island. If one desires solitude and quiet, then this house is ideal! We would highly recommend renting a golf cart to move around freely. We decided to opt for bikes which was fine, but certainly one needs to be aware of the unpaved roads and very basic bikes. All doable- depends on one’s preferences. Neighbours next to the house were also amazing and friendly.

A wonderful setting for a memorable vacation, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Caribbean! A great spot to be as active or as relaxed as you like. Trish is a wonderful host and is very accommodating along with her amazing crew.

Tina and JJ were very attentive and accommodating to everyone of our requests! Would highly recommend renting anyone of their managed properties! The Cocomo house was very clean and well kept it had everything that we needed in the kitchen as well as the laundry room! Every day the yard was maintained and was always welcoming when we arrived back

It is a cozy place feels like home quiet place to relax and the most beautiful that the view of the sea and walking on the pier is an unforgettable experience

From start to finish everything about Blue Oasis Villa was everything we were looking for and more! This house is even more stunning in person! From the newly refinished pine flooring, to the chef's kitchen with the biggest center island I've ever seen, the open concept living room/kitchen space, ocean views from every room, multiple sprawling balconies to relax and listen to the ocean waves and enjoy the breeze. The master bedroom is huge with a super comfy bed and linens. The master shower was my fav with the big window to view the ocean from. Pleanty of privacy too! The pool was clean and refreshing they even had floats available for us to use. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need to cook with including pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, tupperware, spices etc. If you are looking for privacy and to truly relax this is the house for you! Leah was an amazing host! She was always available and responded quickly if we had any questions!!! 10/10

Seaclusion is a wonderful house in a wonderful place. The house is beautiful and fully equipped, beyond our expectations. It is located in a very private area, away (but not isolated) from town. The snorkeling right in front of the house (!!!) is amazing. We also enjoyed eating at Neptune's, which is a short walk away. Derick and Cheri were great hosts. We would definitely stay there again!

Recommended. A Caribbean apartment with 2 small bedrooms, no luxury, but as expected. Rene is very kind and helpful, also washed our laundry. The coffee machine has to be replaced on occasion. The kitchen equipment overall is a bit sparse, but you don't feel like cooking at the many restaurants. The situation is quiet and within walking distance of most of the sights.
