Beautiful countryside setting, newly renovated apartment, & spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in such a gorgeous spot! The apartment was modern & well furnished with lovely comfortable beds (I have thing about mattresses & linens) & even a friendly neighbourhood donkey (careful of the electric fence). The views from every room were lovely & the place was perfect for al fresco dining.

We spent a wonderful week at Olivia's place in August. The place is amazing, with that great "old French country house" feel but with plenty of modern amenities. We took full advantage of the large kitchen and the pool in the backyard. We also used the dishwasher and washing machine multiple times. The house is located in the small village of Ahetze, which was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, but also very easy to drive to the beaches on the coast, out into the Basque countryside, or over the border to San Sebastian and Bilbao. There's a large parking area in front of the house as well. Olivia was a fantastic host - incredibly communicative, friendly and helpful. Overall, it was one of our favorite AirBnb houses that we've ever stayed in. We'd love to come back!

Gaelle's house is exactly as described in the listing. The house is in a green area, surrounded by mountains, which allows a total change of scenery and disconnection. Very well oriented, we enjoyed the terrace and the view, in the sun for our meals.

I highly recommend this listing! Spacious, bright and not overlooked. Very well equipped to come with family and receive guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! All amenities were available and especially for children there were many toys, water toys, changing table, a real baby bed, potty, toilet attachment, etc. The reception by Catherine was great and she showed and explained everything to us in peace. She always responded very quickly to inquiries and responded to all questions/requests. The surroundings are very beautiful and especially suitable for great bike rides. The beautiful bike path "Vélodyssée / EuroVelo 1" can be reached quite quickly and leads through pine forests and past beautiful sand dunes to interesting places such as St.-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz. We especially liked the beach of Vieux-Boucai-Les-Bains. Day trips to Bordeaux and Donostia-San Sebastián are a must! Overall, we liked the stay very much and would be happy to come back! Thank you for the hospitality!

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Christelle but the oral communication before, during our stay in Saint-Esteben was so easy that it is like this.... The accommodation perfectly meets our expectations; a common area for all to meet and at the same time a possibility to isolate oneself in one floor. The view of the hills as you rise adds to the sweetness of this place... In short, we are so excited!!

Very nice house we just have a small leak problem including the sink that was resolved quite quickly. A very responsive and friendly owner.

The place is very close to a nature reserve, the way we accessed was by a road that cut through a lake with many rare birds. Stunning! We were met by Laurent who guided us in from the street which was super helpful. Laurent showed us round the house and gave us clear instructions and a lovely local wine! The house itself is a beautiful country style property will lovely wooden rafters. Each bedroom was lovely with one en suite room large bathroom and additional bathroom on ground level. Fantastically equipped kitchen and a great area for communal eating. There is a mature stunning private garden surrounding the pool accessed from the living area. Very close to the surf spots and great access to main road to Biarritz and San Sebastián. We absolutely loved our stay there and hope to be back soon. Thank you!

The villa is quiet, well located a 10min walk from the center of Guéthary (beautiful village), and perfectly equipped to accommodate 16 guests

This house is beautiful Extremely comfortable bedding The little plus foosball the kids loved it. And of course direct access to the beach without the need to take the car. Nina's welcome was very friendly. I would highly recommend it

We had a lovely time at Camille's house. It is large and very pleasant to live in, ideally located in a quiet area while being right next to the center of the pretty village of Sare. Perfect for discovering the region while having a quiet and pleasant place!

Aline was a great host who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The house had cleaning of the common areas every day which was great since we were a big group staying for the week. The house is very beautiful and a great place to stay when visiting Biarritz!

We had a great time at Lily and Patrick's ecolodge who are warm, available and responsive hosts. The accommodation, very comfortable, perfectly matches our expectations and the description of the listing and offers all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the terraces of the house allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful garden and pool. The good location of the house allowed us to discover both the Landes and the Basque country and to fully enjoy the surrounding activities. We would recommend Lily and Patrick's villa and will be back without hesitation.

We had an exceptional stay! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The setting is simply idyllic: calm, greenery, a beautiful swimming pool to relax, many terraces and a great weather. A true haven of peace. We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
