Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Donata was very kind and had lots of helpful tips. She made us feel very welcomed! The view from the house into the nature is amazing! Thank you!

Angela is a great host. helpful and discreet and phenomenal. At her place, we felt at home, he cooked us a dinner, and what a treat! cheer us up with stories and toys, which then reacts to everyone, young and old and before you leave he had an incredible breakfast even though those citrulli of Elena and Zac advanced the delicious pudding that madness!

The atmosphere is familiar but respectful, you really have your peace and quiet here and can enjoy your holiday in peace, without the crowds of tourists at a yogurt buffet in an impersonal hotel bunker. Here you get freshly prepared breakfast served at the table and very good coffee, the beach is virtually on the doorstep. Me and my son felt at home and will definitely come back to these lovely people

I found a family environment thanks to the kindness of Andrea and his brother I'll be back because it's in a good location for getting around on foot. It's reminiscent of 80s hotels, and the management makes you feel right at home.

Ideal for a relaxing holiday also and above all with your own 4-legged animal. Nestled in the hills. We slept in the monastery, very nice, unfortunately the swimming pool and breakfast area are located 3 minutes by car, in the inn nearby. Super friendly staff. Thanks, we'll definitely be back.

Good afternoon! We were in a car, so parking in the courtyard of the house seemed very convenient. There was no need to look for a parking space and worry about the car. Upon arrival, we were met by the host of the house, took us to the house, showed us everything and told us everything. He was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean with a huge high bed, there was a separate bathroom that belonged only to us. All plumbing was working properly, there was no inconvenience. There was also a separate small and very cozy dining room with a microwave and a micro fridge. We had dinner close to our stay in the town of San Giovanni in Marigno at Osteria Spacciodivino, highly recommend this restaurant! Unfortunately, we were only one day in this location and in this house, and we could not stay longer, but we were certainly very satisfied. Nina is a beautiful dog, and the cat brightened up our stay, we also admired the olive lard in the area of the house. Thank you!

Nido d’Ape is the perfect base for exploring Emilia Romagna. Not only is it conveniently located near must-see destinations like Bologna, Ravenna, and even San Marino, but it’s also a stunning place to stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, and Giovanna and Roberto ensured our visit was unforgettable. They shared great tips on what to explore and served an amazing breakfast each morning with their homegrown produce, freshly baked bread, pastries, and homemade jams. One rainy evening, they even invited us for dinner, and we had the best time. They’re exceptional hosts, and we can't wait to return.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. Absolutely lovely place and location. Stuart and Katrina are very friendly and accommodating hosts and could not have been more helpful. Our flight was delayed and therefore we arrived later than anticipated. I messaged ahead to advise of this and realising that finding food at that time could be tricky, Stuart and Katrina offered to prepare a Tagliere for us. What a lovely surprise and it was fantastic. They also recommended places to visit both in the area and for our onward journey at Florence. We would highly recommend.

The stay at Piero's was perfect, nothing left to chance, from the beautiful place surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms (perfect!), to the friendliness and cordiality of Piero and his wife with whom we also "lost" ourselves in nice chats! Finally, when we woke up, we found a fantastic breakfast prepared by Piero's wife...homemade cakes and sweets for us! Thanks again, we'll definitely see you again!

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Kind and accommodating hosts!

Very close to the tourist caves of Frasassi, not only! The surroundings are beautiful. Although we could use the kitchen, we didn't, because there are good and relatively cheap restaurants. Good Italian breakfast with a very good self-produced yogurt. Quiet and comfortable beds, we had a great night's sleep.

Recently tastefully renovated and super clean apartment. The area is very quiet and we had a very good time with Marzia and her husband who immediately make you feel at ease and give great advice on how to get around to explore the area. Those arriving by car are no problem. Top hospitality and then they love animals and for me this is an added value. We found seriousness and availability. Truly an enjoyable experience. Thank you... we hope to be back soon
