Apartment holiday rentals in Urbino

Ich kann Jacopos Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt gibt es in der Umgebung tolle Restaurants, einen Supermarkt und eine ruhige Umgebung. Jacopo hat uns wunderbare Tipps und Hinweise gegeben und war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich auch, wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wären die Betten für mich, die Matratzen sind leider sehr hart und wir haben nicht gut geschlafen. Ansonsten haben wir uns hier wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo purtroppo soggiornato solo in week end da Alberto. L'appartamento è un incanto, proprio come si vede nelle foto. È pulito,luminoso, abbastanza spazioso e curato nei minimi dettagli. I terrazzi di cui dispone l'appartamento sono davvero carini e comodi sia per tendere i vestiti che per fare un aperitivo fuori, inoltre affacciano su una zona molto tranquilla. Nonostante la zona non sia particolarmente trafficata è molto vicino sia alla spiaggia che alla passeggiata, quindi comodissimo per i servizi. Appena ci ha accolti Alberto ci ha fatto fare un tour dell'appartamento e del garage( altra nota estremamente positiva di questo alloggio) e si è reso subito disponibile per qualsiasi nostra necessità e domanda. Consiglio al 100% questo appartamento e sicuramente ci torneremo!

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo alloggio delizioso e, come la prima volta, siamo davvero felici di averlo scelto. Stefano è un host eccellente, cordiale e sempre disponibile, la zona è tranquilla ma punteggiata di tanti bar, ristoranti, supermercati e simili, l’appartamentino è vicinissimo al mare (raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5 minuti) e la stazione di Rimini Viserba (anch’essa facilmente raggiungibile a piedi) permette comodi collegamenti con le località circostanti. Questo alloggio è un’ottima opzione anche per chi non è automunito, grazie alla sua eccellente posizione. Il self-check-in è comodissimo e facile da gestire, e Stefano fa sempre del suo meglio per consentire orari di check-in e check-out il più possibile flessibili e comodi per gli ospiti. Consigliatissimo 🥰 P.S.: Al nostro arrivo, Stefano ci ha fatto trovare sia delle bibite in frigo che dei biscotti di benvenuto!

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Gegend. Wir hatten das Glück den Garten und den Pool für uns alleine zu haben, fantastisch. Alles wie beschrieben, wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Fabiola!

Robertos ist ein super herzlicher Gastgeber. Sein Apartment ist ein schöner Ort zum urlauben. Man hat es wirklich zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten bis zum Meer. Dort befinden sich viele Strandbars, wir waren Ende September dort und haben noch 2 offene gefunden. Direkt neben der Unterkunft gibt es einen Mini Supermarkt mit den nötigsten Sachen. Einziges Manko bei unserem Aufenthalt waren die Stechmücken, die besonders morgens und abends ziemlich nervig waren. Aber dafür gab es auch anti mosquito Spray im Hof. Direkt neben Robertos Haus, in dem sich mehrere Apartments befinden, gibt es eine Herberge (ein Hotel). Wir haben davon bzw von deren Gäste nichts mitbekommen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und Roberto hat uns bei allem stets geholfen (Babystuhl für unser Kind, Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet) - wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great stay in Sansepolcro, initially I was a little worried about parking as the listing says it comes with parking and then when Andrea shared where to park I worried this could be an issue. Although it's not parking at the property, it's outside the city walls it is also not so far to walk that it was a big issue and also was free. The rooms were as pictured including the fab views from the windows and roof terrace. As a location we found Sansepolcro to be a great start to our Italian tour with lots of fantastic places to eat & drink, sites to visit and friendly people. If you want to stay in the area and can manage the stairs it's a great place.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Frederica und ihrem Bruder Francesco verbracht. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, sodass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt habe. Die Lage des Appartements ist einfach Klasse. Es liegt zentral an der Promenade und somit direkt am Strand. Francesco war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Ausflugsempfehlungen gegeben, die den Urlaub perfekt abgerundet haben.

Alloggio in zona pedonale, comunque grazie alle indicazioni dell'host Elisa, abbiamo scaricato i bagagli proprio dietro casa e la fortuna vuole che c'era un parcheggio libero dove ho lasciato l'auto per tutto il soggiorno ma altrimenti c'è un grande parcheggio poco lontano. L'appartamento si trova praticamente in spiaggia, giusto l'attraversamento della strada e di è subito dal bagnino (bagni Mario) anche qui ci siamo trovati molto bene. Quindi per me esperienza più che positiva. Grazie Elisa!

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro giorni in cinque amici. L'appartamento è davvero grazioso, pulito, curato e c'è tutto quello che serve. Esattamente come nelle foto e nella descrizione. Sì trova in una stradina stretta dove praticamente non passano macchine il che contribuisce alla tranquillità del soggiorno ma, contemporaneamente, è vicino al mare (100 metri) e a tutti i servizi, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il nostro soggiorno seppur breve è stato davvero piacevole. Un ringraziamento specialmente all'host Marco per la gentilezza e prontezza nel rispondere. Raccomando vivamente. Giorgia.

Per essere estremamente sintetico siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è davvero delizioso: accogliente, pulito, arredato con molto gusto, accessoriato di tutto, dotato di comodissimo posto auto e spazio esterno che si apre su un panorama spettacolare; inoltre il borgo di Gabicce Monte è un'autentica perla, offre la possibilità di rilassanti passeggiate con la sensazione di essere sospesi sulla distesa del mare. Una ulteriore particolarità: L'appartamento è adiacente alla chiesetta del paese, un tempo probabilmente erano comunicanti, il che rende il contesto ancora più suggestivo. Ne ho già nostalgia!

Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Kindern und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Es gab ausreichend Platz und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, direkt am Strand und nahe zu den abendlichen Karussels/Hüpfburgen/... Aber nicht zu nahe, so dass man auch seine Ruhe hat. Der Gastgeber ist super nett und half uns mit tollen Restaurant Tipps.

Casa in centro a Riccione a pochi passi dal mare.Sono presenti tutti i confort che solitamente non ci si aspetta in una casa vacanza.Davvero tanta cura nei dettagli e posizione strategica. Host super reattivo e pronto a rispondere su ogni canale di comunicazione.Ritorneremo

We had an awesome stay here! The place is modern, clean and spacious. Great location right across from the beach with plenty of restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely stay here for my short trip to San Marino! The place has a great view of the towers from below. I didn’t realize before booking that this is actually below the mountain, so either you have to walk up about 30 minutes to the city center or there’s a cable car nearby that is 3 euros one way (5 euros round trip). The place was easy to find and a short walk from the bus stop that brings you from Rimini, and it was exactly as described, clean, and tidy. Paola was wonderful - very communicative, proactive, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Paola!

Esperienza assolutamente positiva! :) Il Signor Stefano molto puntuale e gentile, pronto a fornire chiarimenti rispetto a domande e curiosità sull'alloggio e sui dettagli di regole generali, servizi, check-in e check-out. Appartamento come da foto e di più, la matrimoniale in foto sembra più piccola quando in realtà è molto spaziosa! Tutto pulito e in ordine, letti comodi e zona tranquilla, abbiamo riposato tutti benissimo! :) A due passi dal palacongressi, ottimo come appoggio in questi casi. Tutti gli ospiti soddisfatti dell'esperienza e dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto ai servizi offerti. Nient'altro da aggiungere :) alla prossima!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Location perfetta, ottima per essere vicinissimi al mare ma alti come piano per non sentire il caino della strada. Ci tonerò sicuramente.

Das Casal del Sole liegt auf einem Hügel in mitten der tollen Landschaft. Man hat einen einzigartigen 360Grad Rund-um-Blick. Ideal auch mit Kindern, da es einen kleinen Spielplatz gibt. Tischtennis, Kicker und genug Platz für gemütliches Sitzen an diversen Chill-out Areas oder gemütliches Grillen. Vom sehr großen Pool hat man einen sensationellen Blick auf die schönen Hügel. Wir haben 2 der 4 Wohnungen bewohnt und waren jeweils sehr begeistert. Die Wohnungen sind top ausgestattet, besonders natürlich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit der tollen überdachten Terrasse Die gesamte Ausstattung der Wohnungen, Poolbereich, Ruhezonen, extra Küche ist sehr sehr gut und durchdacht. Stefano und Alessandro mit ihren Familien kümmern sich bis ins letzte Detail um alles. Selten haben wir so eine Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail irgendwo erlebt. Hier kommt Gastfreundschaft von ganzem Herzen. Wir haben uns selten an einem Ort so gut erholt. Danke!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

Ein Schmuckstück auf dem Land. Wunderschöne Natur und viel Ruhe. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Italo gab uns tolle Tips für Restaurants und mehr. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Vielen Dank

Un havre de paix. Superbe maison divisée en quelques appartements sur un terrain entièrement clos. De nombreux jeux sont prévus sur place pour les enfants (fléchettes, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, multitude d'accessoires pour la piscine) sans oublier les hamacs et autres commodités extérieures. La piscine est très agréable et parée d'un jacuzzi. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel pour 2 à 3 personnes. La communication avec Paola est très simple. Un guide des environs et ses nombreuses recommandations facilitent les premiers pas dans la région. Une vraie et belle expérience touristique. Merci mille fois.
