A central yet peaceful location, with large windows and lovely views in three different directions offering plenty of natural light. The apartment has been recently renovated with high standard fixtures. The bathroom is stylish and also has a washing machine. One large queen bed plus a bunk bed means enough space for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A 5 minute walk to the subway and a 2 minute walk to the water where you can go swimming. Its in the middle of the city yet also in the nature!

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Central cozy apartment in Nytorget

Welcome to a charming apartment at Nytorget, Södermalm. The apartment is on the first floor, one stair up from the entrance. It is cozy, newly renovated, and harmonious. The bedroom has a double bed, and the kitchen has a fold-down bed. The bedroom has no door but can be screened off with a thick, dark curtain. The apartment has a lovely atmosphere and is close to cozy restaurants, green areas, and water. Additionally, it takes only five minutes by subway to Stockholm Central Station.

Our place is in the Stockholm Archipelago, on the mainland, close to beach, jetty and forest. The lovely location in the middle of the nature with stunning sea views including cruise ships and sunrises. In your own archipelago garden or on your terrace you can enjoy barbecues, the sound of seagulls or just the peace and quietness. By car you are in the middle of Stockholm in ca. 30-40 minutes. The place is perfect for couples, families with children or single adventurers.

Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.

We have 3 kids (2, 5, & 8) so there’s everything you need for a family stay. Toys, bikes, stroller, trampoline, pizza oven, BBQ, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Kid safe house. Disney+, PS4, piano. Our neighborhood is full of families with small kids 0-10yrs old who play outside in the common area together. There is a playground, forest, & beach 5min walk away. City is 20min by car, 45 by bus or boat. EV charger ⚡️

Oasis near the water, close to the city centre in quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. "Small village"-feeling in Bromma, the closest villa suburb to Stockholm. The house is close the water, beaches, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, shops, playgrounds, public transportation and close to the city center: 12 min by tram to nearest subway station where you go downtown in 5-10 min.
