Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

Please note that the accommodation lacks high voltage and shower, but is located at a spring lake with clean and fresh water that is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is only powered by 12-volt electricity for simpler lighting, which means limited electrical capacity. However, it is possible to charge mobile phones via sockets. Nice little guest house close to beautiful nature and lake

Come and enjoy nature together with the family in our cozy little guesthouse. In the garden there are chickens and rabbits. Suitable for families with children as there are swings and sandbox. Near the lake where you can swim and nature reserves with beautiful nature. Yet it is only 20 minutes by car or bus from central Uppsala. If you bring the bike, it takes 35 minutes to the city center. The house is new and nice with a spacious sleeping loft with five sleeping places (one 80 cm bed and two 160 cm beds) and a cozy TV corner.

Welcome to our newly built guest home “Ladan”. A living in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from E4 that takes you to Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 m from the accommodation, bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days you can go steam locomotive to the city with the Lennakatten museum road. The guest house sits on the fringes of Gunsta communities near nature. In the area, there are nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or do some shopping.

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Belägen i ett lugnt läge vid en grönskande park har man 7min promenad till citykärnan, restauranger & caféer. Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. Fungerande öppen spis, ekgolv, fräscht badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 100kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 6personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Rooms are bright with lots of windows, where you enjoy the unique courtyard no matter you sit in your sofa, or lay in your bed. The house is newly built in 2022, everything is new and fresh. It's quite and calm here in the heart of Uppsala flatland but still convenient with a 2500-population-town around you-you are not lonely! 15 minutes drive to the city center of Uppsala.

Nice and spacious apartment on the basement level located in attractive Luthagen/Uppsala. About 5 minutes walk from Uppsala Cathedral and Uppsala City. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped. All necessary service is in direct vicinity to the residence. Here you live in the heart of Uppsala and our goal is to make guests feel at home in a home where nothing is missing. There is plenty of parkings in the area for car-borne guests, fee is paid via app in the phone.

Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towels are included.

Charming, newly-built house in the countryside in quiet area by Lake Mälaren. Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area of about 100 meters . On the property there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.
