Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

Please note that the accommodation lacks high voltage and shower, but is located at a spring lake with clean and fresh water that is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is only powered by 12-volt electricity for simpler lighting, which means limited electrical capacity. However, it is possible to charge mobile phones via sockets. Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Old charming farmhouse in quiet area where the plot adjoins the communal beach at Vängsjön in Gottrøre. In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km. Outside the cabin, you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

The house is modernly furnished with a double bed and two mattress pads in the sleeping loft. Guest Access - Fully equipped kitchen with oven - Bathroom with shower - 46” flat-screen TV with internet access (YouTube, streaming apps, etc.) - Free bike rental – Let us know in advance so we can prepare them for you

Glamping a stone's throw from Stockholm

Njut av naturen när du bor på detta unika ställe. Du bor i vårt glamping/kupol tält med plats för två. Inga tillfälliga obokade besök tillåts på fastigheten utöver de två. Egen strand, uteplats, grillplats, vedeldad kamin och underbar utsikt. Maten lagar du över öppen eld eller på en kokplatta i tältet. Du roas av vågskvalpet som vaggar dig till sömns. Ni har tillgång till toalett och dusch i närheten av tältet. Dricksvatten finns i en dunk. Diskar gör du i havet. Varmt välkomna

Ramhäll-an idyll in the countryside

Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Newly renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.
