We stayed in the lovely yellow house during the Easter weekend and had some great days. The house was nicely cleaned and we were pleasantly surprised by a welcome coffee when we arrived. We went swimming, saunaed, fishing and boating – all in a peaceful environment with beautiful nature around. We felt truly relaxed and welcomed. Highly recommended, we would love to come back!

We loved the convenient location of this Airbnb. You’re only 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from grocery/alcohol/pharmacy options. At the same time, you can experience the idillic Swedish countryside and lake life as if you were much further out. We opted to have our host BBQ for us one night and we were very happy we did. The food was delicious and the dietary restrictions of a few members of our group were carefully taken in to account. We’d highly recommend adding this option to your stay! The host was very easy to coordinate with and it really encouraged us to kick back and relax. We also took advantage of the boat ride to Sigtuna and enjoyed a lovely day on the water and cruising around Sweden’s oldest town. The ruins are not to be missed!

Very happy with the location and water access. Mobile raft was a big hit. Main floor kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and deck area were great. Other sleeping areas were more rustic.

The setting of the house is beautiful with private jetty access to the lakeside and private sauna. We had a lovely, peaceful break less than an hours drive from Stockholm. Ingrid is a great host and was very friendly, helpful and flexible about arrival.

Very convenient - the place has everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the island as a family of 4 with children aged 8 and 11. The location was peaceful and incredibly beautiful, as was the newly built house. We loved swimming in the clear, clean sea, paddle boarding and rowing around the island and heating up the woodfired hot tub after a refreshing swim. We enjoyed watching the boats going by and relaxing evenings with the well-equipped kitchen to cook in and chill out watching a movie due to good connectivity with the internet. Henrik was very quick to respond to any questions as well as giving helpful tips for transport to and from the island. We all felt sad to leave and re-enter fast paced life!

We had a great stay in the house, which was a short 20 minutes walk from Uppsala city center. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay in Uppsala.

There were four of us, two couples friends around 60. The house is decorated with a lot of taste, has a park-like garden with its own jetty. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. The private bathing area is sensational. The view over the Baltic Sea to the surrounding archipelago islands is beautiful. Picture book-like the setting sun off the dock every evening. The on-site care by Lasse and Desirée was perfect. We reached Blidö after closing. The two helped out with two bottles of red wine. We had a small self-inflicted issue with the dishwasher. Lasse was on site within minutes to help. He gave plenty of tips on what to experience in the area. Nearby is a supermarket with everything you need (1.9 km). Easy to reach with the bikes that belong to the house. You always need two ferries to get to the island or away again. Blidö is certainly not the base to want to do something different in Stockholm every day.

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. Would definitely recommend a stay in Fredrik's residence. Amazing house with spacious surroundings. Idyllic location with short distance to the beach and suit distance to Stockholm centre.

Wow!! Incredible house in Sweden, only 35 minutes from Stockholm. We wish we could've stayed longer in Naomi's gorgeous house which has a pool, sauna, trampoline, many board games and beautiful views all around. Our family of five loved every minute of our time here. Naomi was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was always quick to help when we needed it. Thank you Naomi, we hope to return again soon!!

We had a lovely week in Rindö. Great house and space for a larger group. Hot tub was a treat and we managed a couple of BBQs on the outdoor kitchen. Vaxholm is close and offers shops and restaurants. Niklas was responsive and helpful. The dishwasher was temperamental but we were warned about that. The Archipelago was gorgeous and we had a lovely week exploring, hiking and swimming.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! The house is super spacious, created with love and offers all the amenities you could wish for. Emelie and Jacob were super friendly and did everything to make our stay beautiful from picking us up by boat, giving us a tour of the surroundings and checking in regularly to see if everything was ok. We were there right at the end of summer and basically had the whole island to ourselves. It’s an amazing place and we’d love to come back some time!

The home is gorgeous, with direct access to the water from the garden. Österskär is a peaceful place. Linus is a great host and very helpful in making our stay easy, nice and simple. Not to mention easy access to Stockholm, or the incredible Archipelago to visit again and again. We’ll come back !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! The highlight of the property is the huge back deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. The large swimming pool adds to the charm, creating a perfect relaxation spot. Sigtuna itself is enchanting, with its quaint streets and rich history. The house embodies this charm, making it a delightful retreat. The peaceful location truly enhances the experience, allowing for a tranquil getaway. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to unwind in a picturesque setting. You won't be disappointed!

We absolutely loved our stay at Åse’s home! It was perfect for our family and Åse was a great host. The backyard/deck was perfect for these summer days. We are hoping to stay again in the future when we return to Sweden!

Me and my family spent the Holidays at the house and created some memories that will last forever. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to have a lovely time! Would definitely try spending some time in the summer there as well.

We loved staying in the spacious and complete house of Paulina, the beds were very comfortable and the neighbourhood was verry quiet. This house is (by car) near everything.

this is a house located in one of the affluent areas in the north of Stockholm. the house has a nice pool, sauna if you know how to operate one, and good outdoor deck with a great view. the house is well equipped with a modern kitchen, living room with a nice TV, and a dining room with a good view. I'd recommend this place for families and people wanting to work remotely, imagine taking a swim and sauna after a day at work! while the location is beautiful with nearby water and a forest and a golf course, getting to the city could be a drag for some people with a pure touristy mindset. it's a comfortable house and the hosts were welcoming and on top of our requests.

Just returned from staying at Annika's home for a week. It was a lovely house exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet. The back yard had plenty of relaxing spots in the shade & sun and the pool was wonderful. Everything was extremely clean and very comfortable beds. Annika met us when we arrived & took plenty of time to show us around & answered all our questions. The only suggestion would be to provide more complete window coverings in the bedrooms as the sun in the summer months never really goes down. A bit of a challenge to sleep if you are not used to that. Overall, I would highly recommend this house.

Great villa in a small town with nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. A really wonderful place to relax. And yust ten minutes walk to a station that brings you to the centre of Stockholm. Sometimes there are planes coming over but I was the only one in my family noticing them. The host Simon does everything he can to give you and your family a wonderful stay. My kids loved this place, for them it was the best of Sweden.

Beautiful house, in a fabulous location. When we arrived, the house was all lit up with Christmas lights - it felt really cosy, warm and inviting. Jani was there to meet us when we got there to show us around the house and the facilities (hot tub and saunas). As we were there for Christmas, we were delighted to see the kitchen had all the pots and pans needed, plus loads of serving dishes. It was perfect! It’s a beautiful house, and one which we look forward to visiting in the summer some year to make use of the swimming pool.
