Holiday rentals with lake access in Uppsala County

Die Unterkunft von Viktoria ist sehr schön gelegen. Über einen Steg kann man einen wundervollen Ausblick aufs Wasser genießen. Die Kommunikation war super und alles war blitzsauber. Die Unterkunft ist größer als die anderen Schwedenhäuschen, die wir sonst kannten.

Vi kände oss välkomna och som hemma i Spersbodahusen, sköna dagar med varmbad, utflykter, läsning och spelkvällar. Mörkt och ruggigt i december men mysigt med sprakande brasa om kvällarna. Vattnet i kranen är kollat och helt ok men smakar inte som i stan, så ett tips är att ta med flaskvatten att dricka om man är lite petig. Hans var väldigt hjälpsam, frågor besvarades snabbt o vänligt med bra tips. Vi åkte till stämningsfulla Wira bruk och fikade hembakt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Good place with great host! The place was very nice, homy, clean, fully equiped, sourounded with peaceful nature and 5 minute walk to the ocean. 7 of us felt very comfortable like home, and warm during winter time at the end of December. The place was also very safe with security alarms inside and outside. Peter is a very great, and friendly host who kindly hosted his home for our stay with warm welcome. Peter was very responsive, and took care of us very well and giving instructions for the house. Many thanks to Peter for allowing us to stay there.

We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay at Susanna and Krister's listing. The decor was welcoming and beautifully curated. The outdoor spaces were little slices of heaven we were eager to enjoy. Susanna and Krister were lovely and attentive hosts and we would love to stay here again!

Das Haus war wunderschön und Jenny ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit liebevollen Details. Die Umgebung ist toll und man kann zu Fuß zu dem kleinen Weiler Ulva gehen, um gemütlich eine Tasse Kaffee zu drinken oder bei einem der Kunsthandwerker zu stöbern. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war dort auch ein Flohmarkt und ein Oldtimer Autoclub trifft sich dort regelmäßig. Es ist sehr einfach nach Upsalla zu kommen. Jenny war immer hilfsbereit und schnell zu erreichen. Eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin

Vi trivdes otroligt bra i Kristins och Anders vackert renoverade soldattorp med högsta tänkbara standard. Vi älskade bubbelpoolen, bryggan och utsikten. Anders och Kristin är drömvärdar som fixar allt och ger massor av tips. Jag behövde ett litet skrivbord att jobba vid och då fixade dom det direkt. Kopior, tips på suveräna restauranger och kuriosa om omgivningen gav de också. Tack snälla ni! Vi kommer tillbaka och kan varmt rekommendera denna idylliska pärla! ❤️

We went to a concert in Sandviken and Veroniqa’s place was the closest to it in Gävle. Everything was in a walking distance, even the buses and the train stations so we had an easy time going to and from Sandviken! Her place was very clean and exactly like in the photos! She was also kind enough to pick us up from the station and show us everything in the apartment! She was very very kind and always responded fast🥰 If I ever go to Sweden again I would definitely like to stay at her apartment again💗

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). joli logement propre dans un environnement très calme avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Ressourçant et agréable nous avons passé un bon séjour. le gps ne connait pas l'adresse mais Viktor fournit le point GPS avec lequel on trouve facilement la maison. Les escaliers sont très étroits donc un peu compliqué avec des grosses valises mais l'entrée est assez large pour y laisser la valise si nécessaire. Viktor est sympa, très réactif et de bons conseils

Mikael was very friendly and always helpful. I remote worked from the place for a month without problems (both WiFi and work space was enough for remote work). Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Just 15 min car ride from my destinations in the south parts of Gävle (the drive was easy and peaceful). It was perfect for my needs. Thank you, Mikael!

What a fantastic place! We enjoyed it very much. Beautiful nature with a camping feeling. The cottage is rather small but very nice. And our daughters really enjoyed the separate guest house. The large garden with all its magical places is wonderful. Alex is a great host, always responded quickly and solved any problems. He even prepared the whirlpool for us. And his dog Audrey is adorable. We can highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back one day. Thank you Alex!

The Sea Cottage was beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a lovely stay. The jetty for me was the stand out though- just sitting with a drink and watching the sun go down. We really enjoyed our stay in tranquil surroundings. Well worth a visit.

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

Hezký domeček, velmi čisté. Krátkou procházkou se dostanete k jezeru. Na pohodlný dojezd do Stockholmu, Uppsaly i za runovými kameny v Upplandu. Trochu nepohodlné bylo to, že kouřit se nesmí vedle domku, ale až na silnici (podle instrukcí). Kuchyň je zcela vyvavená

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Holzhaus, früher Backhaus, Terrasse und Grill, sehr zum wohlfühlen. Da Schlafzimmer über steile Leiter zu erreichen ist, sollte man mobil sein. Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung bei Sofia. Der Kontakt zu ihr und ihrem Mann war sehr angenehm. Der Checkout konnte verschoben werden. Danke auch dafür.

We spent a relaxing long weekend at the cabin with our 2 small dogs and cat. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and had plenty of cooking tools. I appreciated that heaters were already set up in the cabin and toilet so that they were cozy for our arrival! We enjoyed walking around the area, seeing the birds and enjoying the views over the open farmland. I can definitely recommend this place for a short getaway. Mattias and Yvette were responsive and friendly, including helping mail my keys to me when I forgot them. All in all, this rental was a great experience.

Die beiden Nächte in der kleinen Hütte waren einfach perfekt. Die Hütte war sauber, gut ausgestattet + sehr gemütlich und heimelig eingerichtet! Die Umgebung war enorm ruhig und die Natur einfach schön. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns an Maria wenden. alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Really nice cosy cottage at almost at the end of Yxlan. Cat highly recommended as it's far to shops. This is a great family getaway location for a long weekend. Very peaceful, about 1km walk to the wild cliff seaside through the forest. Karin was super nice, very accommodating and answered everything quickly. Loved this stay.
