The house is equipped with air conditioning, and in winter, you can use the Swedish stove in the living room if needed. A separate office with a single bed is available for home office use. A public playground is directly behind the house. The bike path to Lake Constance is right in front of the house.

Lake Constance is only 5 km away, the Allgäu 20 km and the Bregenzerwald invites you to hike (30 km). Enjoy the surroundings on two wheels!

The basic price quoted is for 12 people, each additional person please specify they will be charged 32 euros. 19 people are possible. For your course offers, work stays or vacation and recreation times, we offer you an ambiance that is characterized by the slower pace of everyday life. In a cozy, quiet environment, we offer single and shared rooms. On the ground floor is the shared kitchen with dining room, as well as a nice living space.

"Anna's Siedlungshäusle" is a small, cozy house from the 1950s. The semi-detached house is completely renovated, equipped with a contemporary bathroom and new kitchen. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests. 2 more guests can stay on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The numerous seats in the large garden with fruit trees, pond and flowers invite you to sit in the sun and shade. Free street parking is available at the house.

The room is located in the basement apartment, has its own outside access, two windows and its own bathroom. A kettle, microwave and refrigerator are available – ideal for commuters, professionals or weekenders who do not need a kitchen. Important: No cuisine available. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
