Our house Sonnengruß was completed in spring 2022. Six beautiful and comfortably furnished apartments have been created here in the heart of Linzgau. 90 square meters of living space invite you to feel good, spread out, vacation! Close enough to be far enough away! Enjoy the peace and nature in the hinterland and the proximity to Lake Constance with its many attractions and sights! There is a lot to discover and do! :) Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Bed and breakfast with Gertrud

The village offers untouched nature, countless cycling and hiking trails and is ideal for families, recreation seekers and nature lovers. Lindau/Lake Constance, Wangen/Allgäu, Lindenberg are approx. 12 km away. Bregenz (festival!) can be reached in approx. 15 km. The sunny room is a bedroom / living room with a king-size bed for two people and a single bed. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi on request and SAT-TV. It has a kitchenette and a writing desk.

The holiday apartment Ferienwohnung Eleonore with step-free access and interior is located in Meßstetten and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed if necessary. In the morning, a delicious breakfast will be served. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven and a coffee maker.

Our apartment "Color" is READY ! The bright and colourfully furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house. Two bedrooms for up to 4 guests, in the roof top 3 more sleeping places. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area shines with plenty of light through the large windows and highlights the colorful colors of the decor. Big balcony with a wide view.

On the base of the beginning of the swabian alps situated. The apartment is near Balingen (3km) with all its shopping & cultural opportunities (1-3km) but also close to the nature. Several promoted hiking routes, mountain biking trails, rock climbing routes and cross country and downhill skiing routes are in close and near reach.
