Holiday rentals with a patio in Upper Swabia

We were "unfortunately" only passing through and therefore only one night in Memmingen. We loved the apartment. Very spacious, modernly furnished and everything you need. Check-in worked out great. We always received a quick response and the door code in advance. Upon arrival, we were greeted personally, everything was explained, the underground parking space directly opposite was shown, and we received great restaurant tips. The apartment is centrally located, you can reach everything on foot: supermarket, green area, shops, restaurants and the old town. We slept very well, the bed is very comfortable, you just can't completely darken the SZ. There is no real door to the bathroom, so you should be familiar with each other. You can shower while sitting, but the bathtub is great and there is even shampoo, body lotion, etc. on site. We were even able to have breakfast on the terrace in the backyard, which is totally cute. The kitchen is super equipped.

A very clean and well equipped place to stay. The house is one of an ensemble of several new buildings. Verena and her family are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Especially by car, you can quickly explore very beautiful scenic spots from here. Not so suitable for people with special sensitivity to electricity: the house is located directly on a power pole.

Stephanie's cozy apartment offers plenty of space and is furnished with love. The Fröhlich family welcomed us very warmly with a small refreshment and provided us with many good tips for hikes. Hochberg is a small town, ideal for people looking for peace and quiet, and a good starting point for discovering the Swabian Alb and the Danube Valley on foot or by bike. We will be happy to come back!

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

Tastefully furnished and clean apartment on the first floor. In a quiet outer quarter directly adjacent to the spa park (five minutes' walk to the Sonnenhof thermal baths). Rural environment, beautiful view, proactive, accommodating hostess. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet village, very friendly and informative host, would not hesitate to return. We travelled from Croatia with an unknown check in time, Manfred was super flexible. We'll definitely be back to take a trip to legoland.

The apartment was comfortable, fully equipped, smelling, and we didn't miss anything. The owners have made every effort to make guests feel at home. Quiet neighborhood, bakery visible from the balcony. I will definitely choose the same apartment for my next stay.

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking spaces in front of the house were almost always available and if not, the alternative to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking spaces is not bad either. For us, a personal highlight: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

We felt very comfortable. It is a nice, modern apartment with everything you need. Communication with Philipp also worked great :) The area is beautiful and you can make great excursions. Absolute recommendation :)

We stayed with Lisa and Manuel for the second time. The house is beautiful and everything is sparkling clean and tidy. Everything is exactly as advertised and you immediately feel at home. We stayed with our three-year-old daughter and we love the Lake Constance region. We'll be back for sure.

Very nicely furnished cottage with everything you need. The communication was flawless and everything was ready when we arrived. Even our dog was kindly thought of.

The whole family felt comfortable in the accommodation, especially the large window in the dining table area we liked very much. The interior is also friendly and cozy. The hosts are very friendly and seek contact with the holiday guests, pass on instructions and information, if you were unclear, you could contact them at any time, which we appreciated very much. We can only recommend the cozy house Malina!

Fantastic! It was a really nice stay! Accommodation: superbly equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. There were even small towels in front of the door to clean the dog's paws. As in the description there was an animal alarm system, but this was known and also not disruptive. Location: Fantastic! The view from the conservatory was like in the picture book. From the property you could directly climb a hiking trail, perfect for people and dogs. Will definitely come back!

We had a relaxing holiday in the apartment near Leutkirch. We could feel right at home, everything clean, well equipped with a great view from the terrace. If I had any questions, I received a direct answer with a very nice contact! I'd love to come back, best regards ☺️

We spent two beautiful days in Ulm. Bedroom can be completely darkened, hallway room (with bed) cannot. Kitchen super equipped! And the highlight: the great sun terrace, where we sat late afternoon until evening. Also well connected to the tram, great!

The small, spontaneous break with Jaques and Anne was very relaxed. Despite booking at short notice, check-in was flexible. The apartment is well equipped, beautiful and quiet location and Jaques and Anne are very friendly. I can recommend it without reservation.

We spontaneously decided in the morning to go away for a few days. Luckily, Claudia and Georg responded very quickly, and we were able to come immediately. The area is great - there are hiking trails, castles, towns and thermal baths nearby. The house is very clean, cozy and really has everything you need. Everything is furnished with a lot of love. I could say so much more, but it doesn't all fit in this text. It was just great - we'd love to come back!

Somewhat hidden in a residential area, this gem of accommodation with a super nice hostess who is always available, responds quickly, friendly and politely to messages and really tries to make everything possible. We only arrived around midnight because of traffic jams and storms and Ina stayed awake until we arrived safely in the really great accommodation. The bathrooms are really large, modern and clean, as are the rooms. In the kitchen, nothing was missing. I could list many other positive points, but I think the 5-star rating says it all. Glad to come back!
