House holiday rentals in Upham Beach Park

A fantastic location for a family vacation, with plenty for whatever you like best: rest and relaxation in and outside the house, close to whatever you need for activities, and a quick drive to the beach. Hosts were fantastic at getting us in, and as available as we needed them to be. Clean and quiet inside, and very restful. I can’t wait to come back!

The family had a great time! We had plenty of room and lots to do! The place was located in a convenient location near lots of places that we were interested in! Danielle was quick to respond!

Enjoyed our stay with our family. Kids and other guests loved the pool and outdoor activities. Hosts were extremely prompt whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Would definitely stay again if we visit the area in the future!

very nice home, the hot tub and pool were fantastic. hot tub was nice and warm. my boys fished off the dock and had a little luck with some small ones. We used the kayaks and saw dolphins! Mike provided us with an amazing meal the night we arrived, which was really great after a long day of travel. The area was also nice, we enjoyed sand key park for fishing, beach and saw dolphins there also. highly recommend!!!

My son and I had an unforgettable week filled with fishing, boating—and yes, even more fishing! Justin’s rental was the perfect home base for all of our adventures in the St. Petersburg area. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the water, with easy access to everything we needed. Justin was an outstanding host: responsive, thoughtful, and quick to help with anything. When we had a minor issue with a blocked water line, he had it resolved in no time. You can tell he really cares about his guests’ experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a host who goes above and beyond, look no further. We can’t wait to come back!

Nathan was a 5 star host! My family and I are very respectful and down to earth people. Transparency and responsiveness in both directions makes a trip like being at a home away from home. The home, area, accommodations, and hosting were great! would stay again for sure!!!

The place felt like home! Very peaceful and the views were breathtaking. We will be back next summer for a longer stay!

Good fishing from the dock. Lots of catfish and trout. Easy walk to the beach and the place served us well.

We booked this Airbnb for a girls' trip and after comparing a few places in the area, we’re so glad we chose this one! The location is fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the busier spots like Clearwater with restaurants and nightlife. The home is tucked away in a quiet area right on the bay, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. It is a duplex, so some of the outdoor amenities are shared with neighbors, but that was never an issue for us. Everything was thought of to make your beach trip great, including wagons, chairs, and coolers. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a fun and chill getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a quick 4-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The host provided beach chairs and a wagon, which were incredibly convenient. We also really appreciated the hose right outside the door to rinse off sand before heading in. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxing experience. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Zoe’s place was great! Our dogs loved playing in the yard and the house was just the right size for my husband and I plus the two of them for the week. Very quiet neighborhood that’s convenient to St Pete, and nearby downtown Gulfport which is adorable. Zoe sent us a list of places to try and they didn’t disappoint!

Jenn's place was perfect for our family vacation. Every year we visit St. Pete, but always stop by Pass-a-Grille for the perfect beach day and food! The house was convenient for the beach, Paradise Grille, and fishing!

Amanda’s Airbnb was such a great choice for us! Starting with a super easy check in, great location (close to many beaches, restaurants, parks, ect.), the neighborhood was peaceful and not loud or busy, the unit itself was clean and had everything you could need from the inside washer/dryer (HUGE bonus), dishes for us to use, beach chairs, ect. Amanda was very responsive and was able to accommodate EVERY request we had. I felt very safe the entire stay and was very satisfied. I would stay here again and recommend this stay to anyone. Thank you!

Tania's house was lovely!! It looked exactly like the pictures and was thoroughly enjoyable to stay in. There were extra nice touches such as local recommendations, nice shower gel and shampoo and everything just had a premium feel to it. The location was brilliant and took less than 10-15 minutes walk to the pier and some of the lovely restaurants/bars. If I visit St Pete again I would definitely want to stay here!!

Mark was both cordial and super responsive. The home was spotless, easy to check into, and had easy-to-follow directions printed on how to use all the amenities. The location was perfect for day trips into Tampa and for fishing down in Fort De Soto. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our own dinners, and the neighborhood was always quiet at night for restful sleep. We had an awesome time, and our stay here was seamless!

Billie & Mindy's studio is the perfect place to stay for a solo traveller. The apartment was clean, quiet, cozy and well-stocked. I loved the courtyard decorations and being able to walk to the waterfront, local restaurants & shops, etc. Location couldn't be better, St Pete and other major beaches are all within 10-20 min drive. Highly recommend, would stay here again in a heartbeat.
