Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Die nächsten Bahnhöfe sind Bernau und Übersee. Wir freuen uns sehr auf euch!

This charming place offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the Bavarian Alpine foothills for two adults. The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals yourself. In the living area, the sofa bed sleeps one more person. The location of the apartment is ideal for both summer and winter sports. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.

The approx. 53 sqm apartment is very quiet and picturesque at the foot of the Alps. It is lovingly decorated in a mix of Bavarian and modern style. The apartment has a large living and dining room, a separate kitchen, a beautiful bedroom overlooking the mountains and a bright, spacious bathroom with tub. The spacious corner balcony with mountain views is suitable for extended breakfasts and dinners.

Nice small apartment with everything you need for a pleasant living experience: in the hallway a large closet wall for suitcases and clothes, spacious bathroom with shower, new kitchen with dishwasher and electric stove, living-bedroom with carpenter table and corner bench, large bed and TV. If you would like shorter periods of use during the low season, please ask me.

Vacation home in the mountains at Lake Chiemsee 1-5 people

Open the front door and into an unforgettable time with us in the "Landhaus zum Sonnenschein." Our very spacious apartment of about 90 m² is located on the 2nd floor of our house, in the fabulously beautiful area south of Lake Chiemsee. Surrounded by nature and our mountains, we are pleased to welcome big and small guests to our home.

Detached wooden house in a very quiet location

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
