This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

In a 10-minute walk you can reach the swimming beach on Lake Walen. Five minutes away by car is the gondola lift to the ski, hiking and biking area of Flumserberg / Prodkamm. The Walensee/Sarganserland vacation region offers countless opportunities to be active, but also for rest and relaxation.

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

The perfect place for a little break from everyday life. The 2-storey penthouse on 130m2 scores with a unique location. Right next to the apartment complex is a restaurant. If you want to enjoy the sun, you can only go to the door and are directly on the lake. Or maybe it draws you into the mountains, then onto the slopes, the gondola lift is a 300 metre walk away. By the way, you can arrive by train without any problems and are at the penthouse in 250 meters.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace.
