Holiday rentals with a patio in University of Texas at Austin

Super cute home away from home! I found the unit very comfortable, the location was great, close to all my needs, and Danielle was a terrific host, very friendly and responsive. I will stay again, in fact I’ve already booked my next visit.

Tom was a great host. Loved the feeling of the private apartment feel while still being connected to the house. He was super responsive and engaged with our adventure as we look to move from Dallas to Austin. His house was located in an area of Austin we are looking at moving, and his interactions and location of his house made the trip super worthwhile. Totally recommend !!

Great location for a weekend in Austin!

Jonathan was extremely accommodating and very helpful. We kept extending the dates and he made it work.

Comfy little place close to UT campus and all the fun things to do. Home was clean and all the things needed for a comfortable stay were available. Bed was comfy. Directions for the house were clear and uncomplicated ♥️. Owner was extremely helpful and offered to give us recommendations on things to do while we were there. i loved the location of this home.

A great place for a couple to stay with good cooking facilities and parking Homely environment The air conditioning was limited which was not a problem when we stayed but might be a bit hot at 40 deg outside temps The common parts are clean and in good order for an older building Walking to the university or downtown is not a problem and good road access to get elsewhere I would recommend this place

The coziest little spot. Balcony has a beautiful view of downtown Austin, AC works great, beds are comfy, kitchen was so functional, shower got hot hot (which I loved). There were many mirrors which is essential for getting ready for a girls night like we were! Super clear instructions on how to get into air bnb which was soo helpful. There is also enough room in the parking spot for two cars which was perfect for us! 10/10 will be booking again in future trips to Austin!!

Alcyr was a fantastic host! Very responsive to any inquiry we had, beautiful home which match the photos and descriptions in the listing and affording a flexible check in and check out time frame! My friends and I were even given a warm welcome by a few of the neighbors in the neighborhood while we were enjoying the outside deck. Alcyr had clear helpful instructions which made our stay there a breeze! We all felt at home while being away from our homes and we all agreed that we found a perfect listing for our stay! We all can definitely see why Alcyr is a SUPER HOST. In conclusion, we will give this listing a F I V E Star review from our experience!

We loved spending our Anniversary weekend at the Pool House. The home was beautiful and spacious for two people. We loved having the pool and covered patio right at our door. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom not being separate was very convenient. We were able to easily walk to many restaraunts and bars which we enjoyed. As endurance athletes we especially enjoyed the 20m pool for swimming laps and close access to running trails around the lake. Ally was super responsive to our requests, and the whole experience was just what we wanted for a relaxing getaway.

My mom and I had an excellent stay at Joel’s place. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows around the house, and there were many great restaurants and activities just minutes away from the property. Joel was very responsive and available as a host. Check in and check out very very easy, and everything was great overall. The house was very enjoyable to stay at, and I would definitely recommend Joel as a host.

Location, location, location

Our time at this home was cut short due to a hail storm. Despite the situation, Carly was very informative and helpful in explaining our next steps. I also got my car stuck in mud and she had to rally the neighbors to save me lol. This was a great place and we hope to return!

Coleman went above and beyond! He was super responsive and available for any questions/needs. I had a few specific requests and he honored them, as promised. The space is very chic and spacious. And the neighborhood is in such a great spot for fun Austin things to do and great food. I would love to stay again!!

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this house. It’s located in a quiet residential area, very close to the city center. The house was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust, the furnishings were beautiful and fully equipped for a family. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. This is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in.

AMAZING place!! Can’t say enough about how awesome our unit was at Natiivo! Nils was so great to work with and the place was the best we have been to! Extremely clean and so well stocked with so many extras that made our welcome and stay that much more special! It felt like home as soon as we walked in and we fell in love with the location and area shortly after! Words can’t even describe the rooftop pool and lounge area along with the beautiful sunsets every night. We ran the trail around the lake every morning….and enjoyed so much food and coffee treats during our stay. Only downfall is we didn’t have enough time to try more restaurants in the area! We will definitely be back and would stay at Nils place again for sure! Thank you for being the best host and having such a welcoming place for us!

Super sweet host, place is nicer in person. View is amazing & super clean. I had left some items behind & Erica kept communication therefore I could get those items back. 10/10 stay, definitely staying here again.

Great views from the unit and the pool. If I ever have a chance to visit Austin again, this would be the go-to place for stay.

Amazing host Amazing stay, couldn’t ask for a better get away!

My wife, our little dog, and I stayed at Alexander's place for a long weekend. We loved it. We loved having a city park directly across the street for our dog. My wife and I enjoyed walking to Fresh Plus grocery store just a few blocks away and picking up some interesting food for breakfast and snacks at the apartment. The bed has a very comfortable mattress.

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

Fell in love with this condo! Very cool building. Loved the concrete ceiling and decor and stylish finishings in this unit. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the river in both directions as well as the city skyline. You could see the bat bridge. Was very walkable to restaurants, bars and grocery store right around the corner. Rooftop pool was very nice and serene. Very well stocked had my favorite water and some fun drinks. Also had a curling iron which I very much appreciated with mine breaking in transit. They had everything covered in this place to make you feel comfortable. We really appreciate a well stocked airbnb. Also enjoyed some time kayaking the river. This condo made our Austin trip spectacular.
