Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in University Endowment Lands

Betty’s place was much nicer than the pictures - bigger, all the services & even sufficient coffee & tea for our breakfast. Around the corner is one major Canadian grocery store chains which was convenient for snacks. Great bus service was available beside the grocery store and Betty’s recommendations for restaurants was very appreciated. Also the walking trails throughout Vancouver (many along the old railway line) was a welcome surprise.

Great house walking distance to Jericho and Kits Beach. Very convenient home base for visiting a UBC student. Kumiko was a terrific host. We had a minor issue accessing the house when we arrived which she resolved within two minutes. Great communicator and very proactive.

Hi: I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the unit by Kitsilano Beach. It was easy to get a bus to downtown Vancouver, and it was nice and quiet at the house. Nice, quiet apartment with plenty of living space. Everything as described. Great location near 4th and Vine shopping area in Kitsilano neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and passenger ferry to Granville Island and downtown Vancouver.

We spent a few nights here right after our wedding and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. A beautiful cabin, with a light and airy look and feel. We utilized the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge and all were amazing. We hope to come back again soon!

Like a beach house in a movie. Truly beautiful. The spot is quiet and peaceful, nothing to distract from enjoying the ocean. The hosts were super friendly and very responsive to the few questions we had. 👍👍👍

We had a very pleasant stay at Ilkka’s place. The home was comfortable, with nice amenities, and provided everything we needed for our visit. Ilkka was a helpful and responsive host, he answered our questions and gave good suggestions on where to visit in Vancouver. We appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay again!

Mark’s place was in a fantastic location - close to coffee shops and a variety of restaurants that are in walking distance. The house was spotless and as described. Parking spot available if requested and not being used. Instructions for entry and the stay were clear and reasonable. Home and the surrounding neighborhood had charm. Could not have asked for a better location. Wish most hosts were like Mark. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We feel fortunate to have been able to stay in this North Van apartment. The space is roomy and comfortable and the house manual had some handy recommendations. Also, there is great coffee downstairs. The location is in a super nice neighbourhood community with Lonsdale St within easy walking distance. The host Brad is a very helpful and interesting guy. Highly recommended.

Cory is a wonderful host. His place and his hospitality were among the best we’ve encountered in Vancouver. Instructions were very clear for checkin making the experience easy. Cory was so generous with his space allowing us to feel very much at home. We’d love to return to stay at Cory’s listing in the future!

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Lots to see and do within walking distance. Great hosts - quick to respond, flexible check in and they gave us suggestions on things to see and do. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

My parents really enjoyed their stay here. The space was neat and nicely presented, with a convenient bus stop located out front that takes you to downtown in a few stops. Sarah was kind enough to adjust the temperature whenever to suit our needs!

My stay at Krystal’s apartment in Vancouver was fantastic! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Exactly as shown in the photos, if not better. Krystal was a wonderful host: warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, which made exploring the city super easy. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Vancouver. Great location, within walking distance to tons of restaurants on Main Street and to Riley Park (multiple playgrounds), Nat Bailey Stadium and Hillcrest Aquatic Centre (swimming pool is under maintenance until end of June 2025). Space was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a Pack n Play available. Anthony and Leatt are great hosts, very responsive and go above and beyond to help. Leatt provided a list of kid-friendly restaurants to visit while we are in town. I was also offered allergy medication after they learned that I was having severe allergy symptoms.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Yaletown, Vancouver! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured, but the real standout was the stunning view. Waking up to the city skyline and waterfront was such a treat. Everything was incredibly walkable with so many fantastic local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques right outside the door. We were in town for a concert, and the location made the entire experience super convenient and fun. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze. You can tell they take pride in their space and in making sure guests have a great experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Vancouver in style and comfort. Would absolutely stay again!

Nelson’s place was fantastic! He goes above and beyond to make sure your check in is an easy one. I didn’t realize the location where you picked up the key was a distance away, but if you packed light you’ll be fine (9 minute walk). Thankfully the taxi waited for us and took us straight to his place. The views of the city are amazing and the location cannot be beat. I really hope I find myself back in Vancouver again so I can book his condo.

A fabulous position to enjoy downtown Vancouver for a few days, exactly what was needed. There was no stress. I definitely appreciated the flexibility shown by Andre when I arrived very early. Communication was exemplary.

This place is so clean and comfortable. The host is super helpful providing tipis and instructions. Nice area to walk around for food and shopping. Easy to get around taking trains too. We love it!!

This is a lovely property with its own character & personality. Great amenities & great shower, the outside patio is sun-drenched. The apartment is close to the beach, shops bars & restaurants. Well served with local transport to downtown.Brendan is a great host, professional helpful & responsive. Great place to stay & a great host. Very highly recommended.
