Family-friendly holiday rentals in University Endowment Lands

The CQ was exactly what we wanted. Private cabin on a quaint farm. We had everything we needed and Henny knows exactly what she is doing! Great location 15 mins max to anything on the island. Garth is an amazing host! He was quick to reply whenever we needed anything and was there to greet us when we got there. He has 3 properties and I have had the pleasure of staying at all 3 of them. I must say the Producer’s House is the best one of all. It has a nice big deck with plenty of comfortable seating and a fire pit. My group will definitely be back! Thanks for an amazing stay!

I'm a woman traveling solo with her service dog, so I'm the kind of traveler who often has to stress and worry about finding accessible accommodations. I'm so lucky I found this spot, it's gorgeous, safe, and 100% walkable area. Her place was so amazing, I booked it again for another stay before I head out of Canada to my next spot in Spain. I'm simply blown away by this host's kindness and friendliness! I even asked them today if they were an angel in disguise. ;-)

We didn’t want to leave the serenity of this beautiful walk out rental with many fabulous amenities. The hosts are very sweet, thoughtful, and kind people. We loved the area with so much to do or not as we basked in the sun with our ocean views. We had wonderful family visits with our sons on the patio. Highly recommended!

Josh and Alison were such lovely hosts and we had lots of fun chatting with them! They were very responsive and helped us out with any small requests we had. They have a lovely dog and the place is very nice and has everything you need. They set up the hot tub for us which was a great ending to a long hike! Great location with easy access to Vancouver downtown.

This was a magical experience. Hot tub by the water surrounded by gorgeous flowers. Cozy and rejuvenating!

Darren’s place was an amazing stay. Great location within walking distance of some local eats and bars and bus station. The garden was just gorgeous to sit in and drink your morning coffee. The bed was way comfy! Loved my stay!

Great place to stay! Very quiet and cozy. Park across the street is wonderful, easy access to nature up on Fromme Mtn. We will certainly be back.

Sheila's place felt like a treehouse retreat The bed was super comfy! We loved waking up "in the treetops" and listening to the birds. We barely spent time here except to sleep as were were with other family members on vacation and spent the days out and about with them. Sheila recommended places to explore and eat around town....super cute airbnb and beautiful town!

We are a Senior couple having rented homes and apartments in South Africa, USA, Bermuda, Australia, etc. Tabitha is more than a super host, she is an extraordinary host. She was in England when we arrived but no resulting problem. She left us with extensive notes and many emails guiding us flawlessly thru where everything was and how to use, with special instructions. She continued to e-mails us from London England, notwithstanding the time zone difference of 8 hrs! She had encountered a problem with the City Building Dept on her rental suite which is well furnished and comfy with a fire place full kitchen, and gave us the full use of her well furnished decorated home instead. The view of the ocean from her spacious deck was relaxing when the sun shined The location of her home and rental suite is located in West Vancouver, a premier residential area with a short drive to local shopping, a large enclosed mall shopping centre, and an excellent walkway along the ocean front.

Tanya was very responsive and we really loved her apartment, the decor was really cool and it had everything you need. The neighbourhood was a little sketchy, but that’s a Vancouver issue.. Sad to see! But the building itself felt very safe and homely; we felt we were in an episode of friends 🥹

We needed somewhere to stay while doing home renovations. Katherine’s place was perfect. Fresh, clean and new, nicely decorated with modern yet comfortable furnishings, great location close to park/trails, and very responsive to messages. We had no issues and a great stay - definitely recommend to anyone considering beautiful North Vancouver.

We spent 3 nights in this nice accommodation. We felt at home thanks to the kindness of Am and the layout that makes everyday life easy. The accommodation is very well decorated and pleasant. The bed is very comfortable, we slept very well despite the time difference. Several bus lines are nearby, so it is very easy to get to various places in Vancouver.

This place was perfect for us! We brought our dog who loves the dog beach at Spanish banks and we were only a 4 minute drive away. There were lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The house was well stocked with everything we needed including the kitchen!

Shea’s place was incredible, it was so cozy, well decorated and the views of English Bay from the apartment were nice. We stayed overnight for a concert in Vancouver and it was the perfect spot being close to great restaurants on Davie. The rooftop patio is also a great feat! Shea was a wonderful host, friendly and super hospitable. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Altogether very good. Excellent cation. Clean and verall all very good. Ryan was wonderful. I justwant to make a few suggestions: fix closet doors. Microwave location is to be changed. M.Bath door does not lock. Mattresses too soft. Leave couple of extra ankets. I will use this unit again. Be ready for complicated garage.

Lesley and Adam’s place was fabulous! The view!!! Wow! They paid attention to every detail, had all the necessary amenities, and the apartment was immaculate! I really appreciated their immediate responses to any question before and during our stay. They were also very kind and allowed an early check in and a late check out based on our itinerary! There is a grocery store right across the street and the subway station was steps away. Also a 5 minute cab ride to Canada Place with luggage…walkable if you do not have luggage! Make sure and book a reservation at the revolving restaurant!! One of my best stays. Do not hesitate to book!

the condo is very clean, well kept, great details and in a very good location. what I did not like was the noise level. although its the 28th floor but the street and metro noise is surprisingly high for such a high floor. I would still go back again to this place as the overall stay was good. also the 3rd br is good for 1 person that is very easy going as it has no windows, no ventilation and no space to walk around. again everything was exactly like the photos so no surprises other than the noise level.

Our family had such a lovely stay at this house. It felt like a home away from home. The kids absolutely loved the pool and trampoline. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Back patio was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Vancouver. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

This was the perfect place for my week in Vancouver! The location is amazing, the room so clean and cozy. I haven't slept that well in a long time! The shower has great water pressure. I really loved the sauna too. Alex is an incredible host, so helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back again!
