Our stay was amazing! The host were very accommodating and friendly! Everything was as described and the home was beautiful had so many essentials which made our stay comfortable! Home is super cozy we can’t wait to stay again soon!

The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and the inviting living area was perfect for relaxation. The location was excellent, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. The most beautiful property I’ve ever been to!

Our stay was amazing. The house is a peaceful oasis, but only a few minutes walk away from amazing stores and restaurant. The house has so much charm and the backyard is just amazing. Denis was so responsive, friendly, and the house manual was one of the best I’ve seen! Perfect spot for a comfy, hip, and relaxing stay in LA.

I hadn’t realized it was a landmark home at the time of booking but when I realized it made my trip extra fun! Because of my curly hair, my family used to call me “Cory” so this made some memorable photos. The main reason I selected this listing was the resort like privacy in both the front and back yard. I find many hosts create restricting and unreasonable expectations for guests with dogs, when I asked I was promptly assured it was a welcoming home and he would have tons of space to play without worry. My dog rarely gets opportunities to play and run off leash and this is was really the biggest reason for booking. The large grass, huge trees, and fully covered fences from bushes and trees made even the hottest day a cool relaxing time outside. All amenities are available and in abundance, support was phenomenal and responded to everything wtihing what felt loke only minutes. It is such a cool home and I will miss it dearly. I will 10000% book again when I return to the area.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- COMING BACK! We had an amazing stay at Breanna’s place! Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. The space was spotless, cozy, and felt like home. Her sweet pets greeted us warmly, which made the stay even more special. There were no loud noises, no miscommunication—just peace, comfort, and great vibes the entire time. Breanna was an excellent host, and we truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and care she put into making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The guest house is beautifully decorated, private, and peaceful. Gillan allowed us our privacy but was very helpful when we had questions or requests. The dogs were adorable and a big bonus!

We stayed at Justin's during our trip to Universal Studios. It was close to the amusement park, very easy to get to, and right off the freeway. It worked out great for our trip!

We loved staying here, it was clean and private. It was close to so much and had what we needed after a long day out sightseeing. We would stay here again and again. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

If you are taking the family to Universal, rent this place. The location is spectacular and only 8 minutes from Universal. The beds were very comfortable. One of the bedrooms is over the garage and separate from the main house. That might be an issue for parents with small children. It was actually fine for our group. One of the adult couples had a nice semi-private getaway. Shopping and restaurants all close by. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again. Only minor complaint was the deck with the hot tub needed sweeping. I’m sure the location makes keeping up with that challenging.

This place is incredible; the structure is so cool, the views and light are out of this world, it's private, somehow spacious and cozy, and has everything you need. Heather made everything super easy and can't recommend the place highly enough. Hope to stay here again soon.
