Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Union County

Amanda is a great host, all pictures and descriptions are all as it is. Very clean house and lot of space. We went 10 person including 3 kids but never felt over crowded. Train station to NYC Pen station is just 5 minutes walk. All instructions and arrangements are so well planned that we didn’t really need anything to follow up, indeed Amanda was responsive from checkin to checkout. Pantry in the kitchen has some basic stuffs which was plus for a guest. Overall it was beautiful home, well arranged and great stay. Thank you Amanda for hosting.

Bob's Place was perfect for our family of 3. We were very impressed by the cleanliness, aesthetic, and accommodations. We felt right at home and wish we could have stayed longer. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival, the space seemed larger than in the photos. Bob was very attentive and quick to reply to any questions and/or needs. We would definitely stay again!

Nice place with plenty of private parking. Cool sitting area out back. Shaun was very responsive and accommodating.

Dee was very accommodating to walk the house prior to our check in to familiarize our stay. She was also always quick to respond with any questions or concerns about the house. It is in a great community close to were we where working and always felt safe and quite neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shopping.

We absolutely loved our stay. In a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but still close to a train station and plenty of local restaurants. Place was clean and tidy and just as described. Would definitely book again if I come back to town.

My husband and I spent two pleasant nights at Halima’s place in Hillside. We were attending an event nearby and also have family in the area so the location worked great for us. It was easy to find with available on street parking. Having a pet friendly location was a must for this trip so that was a bonus. Our pups enjoyed the park that was just around the corner. The apartment was lovely,. It had plenty of space, was tastefully furnished and had beautiful house plants throughout. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom is on the small side but was super clean, as was the rest of the house. We really appreciated the clear directions and ease of checking in and out. This apartment met all of our needs and I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The apartment was very spacious and accommodating. Check in was easy and my guest and I were able to enjoy a peaceful weekend and invite company. Absolutely worth it.

We had one of our greatest stays we had in an AirBNB! Everything was perfect and we will stay here again. Especially the kids loved it! The location is also great. Very walkable to the train station to go into NYC, great restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Perfect Apartment, just a 15 minute walk to the train station and then You can choose either the Path or New Jersey Transit into New York with the journey taking less than 20 minutes. The apartment has everything you would need , comfy beds and loads of space. Totally recommend this spot . 5 Stars all round

The kids had a blast and the adults were able to supervise but also enjoy peace and quiet while the kids played. Would come back.

Our stay was beautiful. We just had one incident with a bug, but Sarah responded immediately and stated that she would make sure that she had a place exterminated to prevent any further incidents. The cleaning company arrived before she even checked out! Thank you !!

I felt home at once in this beautifully furnished place. Antony was friendly and welcoming, and I could not have been more comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe and was not noisy, and I found everything I needed within a short walk. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and although 6 stars is not a rating, I was more comfortable here than at many other places I have rated with a 5. I recommend it without reservation.

This space was comfortable for our intergenerational family’s visit to NY. The walk to the Path trains made getting to and from NYC very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and the space is just as lovely as the pictures show. Do note there is a steep flight of stairs right as you enter the Airbnb. Overall, it’s a much better choice than pricey NYC hotels and the full kitchen is great for preparing meals and snacks to save on food costs! We all loved this place!

This is one of the most amazing Airbnb’s in a super convenient location to multiple Path stations. King is a resourceful host, helpful and available for any queries. Would highly recommend this airbnb and would love to return when in NYC!

Place was very nice and clean! Looked exactly like the pictures. Getting into the was very easy instructions were very clear! Parking was a little difficult but David did explain that prior to my visit other then that everything was great! I will be booking again when I’m coming back to the area

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place
