Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Union County

Great host, home and experience. The home was perfect for our family getaway- fully stocked with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and close to downtown Scotch Plains and surrounding areas.

I had an amazing stay with my family at this house in Newark! The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It was everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was exceptional, always responsive and very accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed and even offering helpful local recommendations. One of the best things was how easy it was to get to New York. The bus stop was just a short walk away, and the ride into the city was quick and convenient. It made exploring Manhattan a breeze without the hassle of driving or parking. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with a fantastic host!

I had a great stay! The place was very nice comfortable, and just as described. The host was extremely kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Defina was amazing! We had issues with the place with some of the electricity and she helped us immediately as well as was quick in responding. She was even kind enough to give us a return on a credit for the issue. The breakfast was awesome and more than expected. More than enough for the entire family. Only reason there were some stars were not filled was because the neighborhood was quite dangerous. Don’t walk around the area, straight in and out from the uber to the house.

The house was amazing and Jaclyn was a wonderful host - quick to respond to every communication throughout the process. The house was clean and spacious and perfectly fit the needs of my family in visiting for my daughter's graduation. My sister took her morning walks in the park, the fire pit was perfect for evening chats, bedrooms were cozy and the kitchen and dining room allowed us to have a spaghetti dinner together. Yelitza was a wonderful host, very flexible with us when we had an emergency come up back home--she was always quick to respond to messages. The place was very nice (the shower was probably the best shower I've ever run into in an Airbnb!) and it was conveniently located.

We stayed here last minute after our other airbnb fell through, and Janelle was perfectly lovely and accommodating for us. Any time we had an issue, she was quick to respond and get it fixed. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall we were very satisfied with the apartment, the location and the cleanliness for what we paid. The only disappointment was the fact that it is a sub-basement apartment with very little natural light coming in. This was not clear to us at the time of booking. AB Marketing were. very responsive to the requests and. delivery of additional pillows and towels. On street parking could be an issue if staying during week days as much of the local parking requires a residential permit. The off street driveway at the apartment was constantly occupied. The points I raise above are only minor issues for us and did not detract from our time there. We would definitely stay there again or at any other property AB Marketing operate.

I had such a fantastic time at Olena’s place. It was such a lovely space and Olena was incredibly responsive and helpful with my silly questions (there were a lot). When I had car issues the day of checkout, Olena and her husband both assisted me, when they didn’t need to. I truly appreciated their hospitality and just general kindness. Overall, this was a fantastic place made even better by the incredible hosts. I’d strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The stay was perfectly located for our needs (close to Yankee stadium, Jersey City, and Atlantic City) and in a chic, relatively safe semi-gated neighborhood. The apartment itself is impeccably decorated, very fun—we loved the fireplace!

We had a great stay at this really comfortable apartment! It was perfect for our trip to New York. We decided to stay here because of the price and didn’t mind driving to NY. The place was very comfortable and accommodating. Martha was an excellent host! Very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Loved that we had parking which is hard to find in NJ and NY. The place was actually really good considering we were 6!

I had a great stay here. Bill and his wife made sure that I have everything I need. It's a nice one bed studio. Would recommend for long stays.
