We were completely delighted with the stay! The house is in a super quiet place, surrounded by nature, you can only hear birds and chickens, which makes everything even more relaxing. Everything was impeccably clean and the house smelled great upon arrival. The pool is a true paradise, with warm water thanks to the sun that shines all day! Patrícia was amazing, super helpful and attentive. He left us a wine and some welcome tapas that tasted really good. They were perfect days, with nothing to point out. We recommend it 100% and we hope to come back soon!

One of my favourite AirBnBs I've stayed in!! Joao was extremely responsive and helpful, the house is even better than depicted, everything was perfectly clean and brilliant for a big group. the bathrooms and bedrooms especially all felt clean and modern, and the pool was just lovely. great to have privacy yet be so close to the city center! I honsetly couldn't reccomend this place more 🙏 Thank you for a lovely stay!

We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. Fantastic stay. The house is large, well-equipped, and ideal for groups or families. The pool area was clean and inviting—perfect for both lounging and entertaining. Inside, every convenience was thought of: good Wi-Fi, smart appliances, and plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and style. A big thank you to Rocio for being such a thoughtful and responsive host — check-in was smooth and they made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We consider this house to be on another level when it comes to the traditional Airbnb. You are essentially living in a private part of a palatial mountainside with amazing views of the forest , coastline and sunsets. The house is an ancient hermitage that is supremely well kept and the owners’ sophistication shines through. The gardens and terraces are absolutely beautiful and a joy to walk around with ponds, fountains and lovely forest pathways. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals. Beds are very comfortable and Mariana, the housekeeper, keeps the house spotless and the grounds are very well kept by the gardener. Cristina who owns the property is the most generous host who greeted us with a delicious homemade quiche and other provisions so we did not have to go shopping upon our arrival which was fantastic after a long journey. When visiting Sinatra, this home is such a privilege and will only enhance your stay!

Amazing place, the view is so incredible, we spent a really great time at the villa, it is peaceful, beautiful and private! If I come back to Portugal I would definitely want to come back! Thank you again for everything!

The property might lack kerb appeal from the front but the private outdoor space at the rear, with lovely views and with the bonus of a lovely small pool to cool off in on hot days is fabulous The accommodation itself was well equipped and a good size and also remained lovely and cool, no matter how hot it was outside. The location is good and you can walk down to the beach and many restaurants in about 10/15 minutes, although be prepared for a lot of stairs on the walk back up. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this sweet home in Sesimbra, Portugal. The home felt clean, private, safe and comfortable. We loved the layout of the home and especially how the family room opened up to the view of the pool. The backyard is a nice view of farmland as well homes tucked into the hills. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed to make simple meals at home. The backyard is such a relaxing oasis and our kids loved swimming in the pool. Joana and Luis were responsive, kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here. Be sure to visit the town of Sesimbra because it carries its own charm.

We loved our stay at Figueiredo’s place. Perfect for us as a couple, with a private pool and deck to relax on in the evening. Quiet location within easy reach of Cascais, via Uber or a short walk, with its great food options. Communication was easy and everything was as described. Would highly recommend this place is you are looking for somewhere quiet near Cascais.

We had a wonderful stay! Just a short summary of pros and cons: + Antonio and Maria were great hosts - communication and help was excellent when needed. They brought fresh bread every morning which means less driving to the next town as a guest - fantastic! The house has an amazing view. which is almost unbeatable. The neighborhood is calm with no hotels/noise. - Compared to the fotos it was a bit smaller and older/with signs of normal use than we expected, but of course its sometimes difficult to tell by pictures. Since its southern Europe, be prepared for some insects (has nothing to do with the accommodation but might be helpful to know) - but Antonio and Maria had us prepared with some mosquito repellents and insecticide sprays. The lower bathroom has a strange smell when the drain hasn't been used regulary - but Antonio offered help immediately after we wold him and eventually it improved . All in all a great stay just with some small hints you should know - thank you again!

We have not often rented such a well-maintained, stylish and high-quality furnished and well-equipped house on AirBnB! The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and there is more than the necessary equipment available - beach towels, bathrobes, supplies for use in the kitchen, etc. The house is not quite as idyllic in a somewhat remote new development area (which we knew from the advertisement), but it is very practical for excursions to Lisbon or to the sea. A car is definitely recommended. Thanks for the great stay, we felt very comfortable!

We had a wonderful multi-generational family gathering at Lisa's house. The living room and pool area provided a comfortable gathering place enhanced by the beautiful landscaping and convenient location. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating and even sent photos of the baby crib and highchair in advance to reassure us that our 9 month old grandchild would be comfortable. She helped us plan our day trip to Lisbon, provided a chef, and a wonderful babysitter for our last night dinner out. She was super responsive and friendly and made the whole experience easy. The house is very tastefully furnished and the layout is well designed. Having the heated pool was a special treat. The manual for the house was such a helpful resource with links to recommended sites. We appreciated the effort taken to communicate all the information about the house and area in such an organized way. Thank you Lisa and Peter for a wonderful stay at your lovely Comporta home.

It was our best experience with Airbnb by far. Everything was just perfect: amazing views, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, powerful shower, comfortable bed. Falling asleep to the sound and smell of the sea felt like the best feeling in the world! The host was super responsive, helpful and provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. The space was absolutely perfect for me and my 7 friends. The layout worked so well-each room was separate from the main living area, which gave everyone the privacy they needed, but we could still come together easily for meals and hangouts. I honestly can't express how lovely the place was, and Paula’s breakfast each morning was a real highlight-so thoughtful and delicious. Bruno went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We arrived to a spotless home with welcome treats that instantly made us feel at ease. Truly a 5-star experience! Definitely planning another visit 😀

Great stay. Very private and nice to walk around and see the animals. Incredible view and the pool was amazing! Perfect for a couple looking to get away from Lisbon but not too far to drive!

We enjoyed it very much. At the property, the gigantic pool in particular is a highlight as well as the quiet location in the nature with a view. The property and cottage is a bit outdated, but very authentic. You can reach many great beaches, cliff hiking trails, as well as the very beautiful fishing village of Sesimbra in a short time by car. We also took day trips to Lisbon and Sintra. Host Barbara was extremely helpful, friendly and straightforward. Thank you!

Ricardo’s place was perfect for my needs, quiet, clean and comfortable with a lovely private outdoor patio space to enjoy. I was lucky to be able to park my car right outside in one of three free parking spaces which was completely safe. There is further free parking nearby too. Ricardo gave clear and helpful instructions for self check in and communication overall was excellent. Nice part of the town with easy access to marina and restaurants etc.

Jerusas property is stunning. Very spacious and beautifully decorated, had everything you could need in a holiday home. Host is very clear with communication and so helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Guests should make sure to have a car as although by car you can reach many locations within 3-5 minutes, by walking it could be a little more difficult. Overall experience was fantastic and very relaxing.

Sintra is a magical destination. So many people make it a day trip from Lisbon and, in so doing, miss out on the heart of this community. We were thrilled that Hugo and Laura provided this opportunity for us to more fully explore this amazing place. Their Casa das Rosas is exactly as described, very compact and usable. It takes a little getting used to the arrangement of floors with bedroom and shower on the top floor and bathroom and kitchen two floors below, but it works. Laura and Hugo are most gracious hosts and we received very clear instruction regarding parking, entry, use of space and departure. The welcome gifts were much appreciated as well. Great shower! Well equipped kitchen. We would recommend this place to anyone who is OK with climbing stairs.

I really enjoyed Mariana's lovely quiet house. Fully equipped and clean. Absolutely right! Especially the hammocks are wonderful to doze and read in for a whole afternoon. In one word fantastic!
