We had an amazing time in this spectacular apartment. The photos don't do it justice. We were greeted by the hosts, who were very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. We had a great time snorkeling/ scuba diving in the sea, with lots of interesting marine life to see. The food and restaurants were lovely, with various options to choose from. All the people we met were incredibly friendly. It was easy to travel to from Lisbon via taxi, but may pose a slight challenge to access if you have mobility difficulties, as it is up a hill and accessible via road or several flights of stairs from the beach. Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting this amazing apartment and Sesimbra! We hope to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the City Centre Studio III. Located in the heart of the city in a traditional Portuguese house, we felt like locals right away. From there, we were able to reach key sights in just a few minutes as most of them are walking distance. The apartment was just as described and we loved the 3rd floor views and lovely interior design. Communication with Ana was always smooth and effortless. As we stayed for 10 nights, we asked for an in-between cleanup, which was no problem at all and worked perfectly on the agreed date, no reminders necessary. Thanks again for the great time!

I must say this was by far the most equipped apartment I stayed at. A lot of effort was put into making guess feel right at home & it shows. Lovely stay and will definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at Pedro’s apartment. He met us in person to let us in and to show us around the place. He was kind and very responsive and helpful when we needed some help. The flat is bright, spacious (kitchen and bathroom in particular are huge!) and super comfortable , with all that you may need. Added to all that the view to the Tagus river, the quietness of the area , the walking distance to the fluvial terminal to Lisbon are all bonuses. We will be back anytime we are in Lisbon! Thank you Pedro: you are definitely a super host!

We had a wonderful week here. The apartment is in a fantastic location and is calm and light. Sidónia was very responsive, helpful and positive. Loved exploring local restaurants, market, and bakery. Sea clean and clear. Would happily return!

The view was wonderful, and the living room was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the late afternoon with background music, relaxing and watching the horizon. There’s a construction site in front of the apartment, but it didn’t really affect my stay. I didn’t find the noise too loud, but I usually left early and only came back at night. The apartment doesn’t have an iron or a washing machine, and there’s no oven—just a two-burner stove—but for me, traveling alone, it was more than enough. It’s a 20-minute walk to the town center, but you have to walk along a road without a sidewalk. I did it a few times, but if there’s heavy traffic, the road can be dangerous. The view during the walk is beautiful, and the apartment itself is truly lovely—I hope to come back. LlThe apartment has a double bed, a sofa bed, and a single bed that’s actually pretty big. I loved it and really hope to return one day.

Located on the beach (first line), within walking distance (5 min) to several restaurants on the marina. Spacious 2 bedroom flat on the 3rd floor wtih lift access. Large balcony with table and chairs, with direct sea view (sunset), and if you're lucky like we were, you might get to see dolphins. All Basic Kitchen utensils available. 2x Allocated parking spaces. Access to shared pool, including a children's pool. There is a mini market within 5 min walk, however if you are planning to cook, I would recommend shopping before you get there - Alcácer, Setúbal or Sines (depending on where you are coming from). You can easily get to Setúbal via Catamaran or Ferry. Comporta is located less than 20 min drive away. The host was responsive and helpful. We had a great time during our stay and planning to return! 🙂

Séjour de 4 nuits dans ce havre de paix avec une mention spéciale pour la terrasse et ses équipements. l'appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre de Setubal. Le logement est calme, propre, la décoration est soigné ! Tres bon contact également avec Hadrien et son binôme! Ils sont très réactifs ! N hésitez pas a aller prendre votre petit déjeuner juste en bas... ils sont tops !

The apartment is very well done and fully equipped. It was very pleasant and comfortable. Guillherme was a great host - always responsive and helpful. Note that it is a 15 minute walk to center city just as indicated in the listing.

Meu esposo e eu adoramos a nossa estadia no apartamento do João & Catia. Infelizmente o mês de março choveu muito em Portugal. Porém, nos dias de sol visitamos muitos lugares incríveis perto do local. O João foi um Host excelente, sempre disponível e flexível e o apartamento tinha tudo que precisamos. Recomendo a todos.

Espaço confortável e acolhedor, a zona é extremamente sossegada e calma, muito fácil de estacionar à porta do apartamento, a Host foi incrível na comunicação e todas as fotos e a descrição do apartamento correspondem ao que vi e presenciei. Ótima escolha para férias de verão em casal!

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Lisbonne ! l'appartement de Ricardo, confirme aux photos est très agréable et confortable (jacuzzi) ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien, tout y est, et c'est bien organisé. le garage, pour la moto est un grand plus ! Ricardo a toujours été très réactif à nos questions, c'est très appréciable, même si nous n'avons pas pû le rencontrer ! Merci Ricardo

For a short stay at the beach, with great restaurants in the local town nearby, and wonderful other beaches at half an hours' drive, this is a perfect apartment. If you like the beach, it's simply perfect and there is plenty of things to do in Sesimbra. The only criticism I can think of would be the fact that a bar is very close by, and if they have live music (we had it only on our last night) it's quite loud at night. Otherwise the bar itself is hardly audible. Thanks for the stay and your hospitality, Tiago!

A perfect stay in Lisboa. The apartment is within the Old town and it is super easy to get into central from it. Paulo was very easy to communicate with and check in was easy. The pictures give an accurate representation of the accommodation and our whole party were very happy with our stay. A great spot to stay in for a trip to the capital!

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.
