Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Unawatuna

Wir waren als Familie eine Woche in Unawatuna und haben alles sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft liegt etwas oberhalb vom Trubel, ca 10min zu Fuß zum Hauptstrand. Sie besitzt einen sehr hübschen Garten und die Affen springen in den Bäumen herum. Nachts hört man die Pfauen und andere Vögel. Sehr schön! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und bemühen sich um einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt: LaundryService/TukTuk/5literH2O/Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ist alles zu einem sehr fairen Preis erhältlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und alles funktionierte einwandfrei.

They are very supportive, friendly and flexible. This place is a bit far from the center but that makes it very quiet and relaxing. You can wake up with the humming birds which is blessed. When I had a fever, the host family brought me water and foods many times and they really take care of me. The mother provided free soup and meal, fruits many times, Such consideration was totally wonderful. One night dad & mom cooked a lovely meal and cup of tea for me they took care of me like a daughter. I never forget this night :) They clean the room once a week was also nice and are this family full of great hospitality and compassion alot :) I highly recommend this place for those who want a heart warming homestay-like experience. Thank you so much for lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts are lovely people who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The property was clean. The wifi worked very well. We received a fascinating tour of the garden which my kids enjoyed very much. Highly recommend this flat for a peaceful, quiet location ran by a sweet family.

Дякую за гарний сервіс, віллу, гнучкість у вирішенні побутових та інших питань Nalaka дуже гарний господар. Нас заселили раніше, все було частенько, ремонт в порядку, меблі, кроваті також. цілком гарна кухня, стабільний інтернет. підходить для віддаленої роботи. до океану близько.

Renuk and his family are great host and very kind. He welcome us with tea and food and évent wait us at the train station. We met his wonderfull familly and discovered Sri lankan culture. Nice room with big beds and bathroom very clean. Wonderfull meals from renuk’s wife. They offre us many things like fruits and sri lankan food. Wonderfull place to discover, close to surf spot! Renuk est un hôte d une grande gentillesse. Il a su nous accueillir avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Nous avons rencontré sa famille et découvert avec lui la culture sri lankaise. Le grand lit est très confortable et la salle de bain très propre. La femme de Renuk nous a préparé de délicieux repas. Les journées étaient ponctuées d une multitudes de petites attentions (thé, gâteaux locaux,...). Une super adresse à découvrir à 100m de l océan indien ou deroule les vagues pour les surfeurs ! Et tout cela pour un prix dérisoire...

Cris is the best host you will find in the south coast. The rooms are just so cute, clean, big enough and well designed. Cris is super thoughtful and wants to make sure you feel at home. She is simply the best, you won’t be disappointed!

Stay at Dinesh's place was amazing. We were a group of 6 adults. Villa is charismatic, in colonial style. Pool is fantastic, right behind is beach ❤️. During our stay Dinesh cooked us breakfast, lunch at our request. He cooks excellently. We looking fir paradise and we found it. We were extremely satisfied with everything. I recommend that you try the opportunity to live in this house and use the services of nice, willing people❤️. He arranged a trip for us, recommended and advised what to see. Thanks for everything....

A very peaceful quiet cosy place which is a 10-15 min walk from the beach. as we were travelling with kids the host was very accommodating to all our needs and helped us with local travel arrangements when required. you simply cannot miss the breakfast here where we had a mix of srilankan and English cuisine. the mix fruit juice was mind-blowing. the room was well furnished as described. overall we would like to thank the host for their hospitality and recommend shavo oasis to everyone.

You are right on a beautiful beach. Room and huge bed with mossie net are very comfortable with a brand new a/c unit. The kitchen has just about everything you need and the locals are the kindest people and always taking care of the guests. We were there when the bombings happened so could not wander far from the house which was ok as it was the best place to be just chilling on the beach. I would stay here again! This is good housing. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. Large dining and living room. Some of the furniture in the house needs updating. Large yard with different fruits, parking place. Without personal transport it will not be very convenient. Squirrels, monkeys, peacocks often appeared in the yard. This is cool. Also responsive and friendly host, helped us and quickly resolved emerging issues.

Wonderful villa located a very quick walk from multiple great surf breaks, a few awesome cafes and restaurants, and the coastal highway! The villa itself was very homey and welcoming too. Wonderful hosts with great recommendations. The curry at their other venue ‘Plantations Villa’ were the best meals of our trip to Sri Lanka.
