Ein perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Fotos – sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden. Besonders gefallen hat mir Zugang zum Strand. Raj war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Besonders die beiden Haushälter/innen waren grandios. Die waren so freundlich und haben einen tollen Service angeboten. Vielen Dank nochmal an Mani & Kawshika Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen – vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Chathura is a great person to work with, he is very knowledgeable about the surroundings, very friendly and go out of the way to help me. I highly recommend anyone to stay at his place. I stayed 5 days at his place, I was very comfortable in taking local buses to visit surrounding areas beaches. Beautiful beaches in this part of the world. I enjoyed visiting every beaches that I could visit. In short I have a pleasant stay at his place.

It was a pleasure to stay here. We had everything we needed. Nihal helped a lot: with transfers, sightseeing, food, house, etc. We didn't have any problems. He's a great host! I highly recommend it!

Мы провели в этом доме целый месяц и остались в восторге! Просторный, уютный, с прекрасной чилл-зоной у реки, где можно расслабиться и насладиться природой. Особенно понравилась крыша – идеальное место для занятий йогой. Кухня полностью оборудована, так что готовить было удобно. Кровати в спальнях комфортные, спалось отлично. До пляжа всего 5-7 минут пешком, а до серф-спота в Велигаме – около 25 минут. В целом, это был замечательный опыт, и мы благодарны хозяевам за гостеприимство!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne woche am sauberen ruhigen strand. Sind jede nacht mit dem rauschen der wellen eingeschlafen. Das frühstück konnten wir uns auf nachfrage individuel zusammen stellen lassen. Uns wurde mit salz, pfeffer und öl zum kochen ausgeholfen. Sowie mit zusätzliches datenvolumen für das wlan. We had an amazing stay at Ivy Beach Villa with our group of 12 people. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food at the villa's restaurant was absolutely delicious—every meal was a highlight of our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. They assisted us with transfers, organised trips, and gave great recommendations on what to do in the city and whom to trust. One of the things we appreciated the most was how safe we felt. We often left doors open, even at night, and never had any issues. Our belongings were completely secure throughout the stay. Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience. The staff played a huge role in making our vacation truly enjoyable, and we are very grateful for their hospitality. Highly recommended!

Замечательное просторное жилье со свежим ремонтом и завораживающим видом на океан. Очень просто связаться с хозяином и персоналом. Много заведений вокруг, 1 минута до океана. Есть минимальный набор моющих средств - гели для душа и шампуни. Достаточно чисто, но на кухне немного начинает проявляться затхлость. Для данного сезона может выглядеть немного дороговато и хочется ожидать больше мелочей при такой ценовой категории, - тапочки, халаты, зубные щетки, больше полотенец, бреющие принадлежности, но это, скорее уже точки для улучшения, все-таки это аппартаменты, а не отель. 11/10 :)

Het vakantiehuis was precies zoals op de foto's: schoon, ruim en sfeervol ingericht. Alles was goed verzorgd en we voelden ons meteen thuis. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Zeker een aanrader – we komen graag nog eens terug!

This AirBnB was a gem! The standout features were definitely the incredible beach right in front of the property and the wonderful ventilation throughout the property. The staff truly made our stay special – they were always courteous and so helpful, from arranging transport to preparing tasty food. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Coccocabana is a beautiful place to stay at the beach of Sri Lanka. Enjoy the garden, swimmingpool, the house , the waves ( in the swimmingside), the restaurants, shops and go everywhere with a tuktuk! There’s so much positive to tell about it…. Come and see it by yourselves.

Wir (drei Erwachsene) haben 6 Nächte im Strandhaus in Matara verbracht und waren begeistert. Nach Stationen in Kandy, Hatton und Ella war diese Unterkunft das Highlight unserer Reise. Mitten in der Natur gelegen, bietet sie einen traumhaften tropischen Garten, eine private Atmosphäre, eine Terrasse und einen kleinen Pool mit Meerblick. Am Ende des Gartens: eine Schaukel mit Zugang zum Meer – dort konnten wir sogar beobachten, wie Baby-Schildkröten ins Wasser gelassen wurden! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Gute Cafés, Restaurants und traumhafte Strände mit Schildkröten sind in der Nähe. Absolute Empfehlung – wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

The villa offers all food at any time, but you can buy food about 50 meters away in the market and leave it to the wonderful host and his team, who will arrange literally everything you ask for. Absolutely stunning place to stay. The moment you go out the back of the house you know you are somewhere special. The view is gorgeous and the sunsets amazing. Between the pool, loungers, hammock and beach access we could have happily gone nowhere our whole stay. We stayed 3 nights but would have loved to have stayed longer. The hosts are awesome, very helpful and friendly. Inside the villa it is very simple but all rooms air conditioned with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The location of this property is beautiful and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a quiet few days of relaxing.

Sahan’s beautiful airbnb is a little gem in Weligama. I would 100% recommend. He greeted us at check in and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The place itself and the pool especially are absolutely gorgeous! The perfect location for a little retreat. Thanks Sahan!

Lovely stay at the Blues for five of us attending a nearby wedding. Spacious grounds with colourful bird life, lizards and monkeys swinging from the trees. Lovely pool, could have spent the week lazing on the sunbeds. The two ladies at the house were always discreet, helpful and even prepared a lovely Sri Lankan curry on our late arrival due to the plane being diverted. They even cleaned the bbq for us. The house was clean, very spacious and steeped in Colonial history. As for Janaka, I can’t praise him enough. He went over and above to help and support every thing we did. He organised taxis, Tuk Tuks and even drove us into the neighbouring town for a bit of sightseeing and food and drinks purchasing on our first day. He spoke excellent English and would interpret for us if required. Lovely people, great property and a beautiful country. Will return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The villa is surrounded by stunning nature, which made our stay even more peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Sophie is a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The villa exceeded our expectations; it’s even better than the photos! The location is perfect for a beach holiday, just a short ride from Unawatuna where you’ll find great restaurants and bars. While getting an Uber or cab can occasionally be tricky, tuk-tuks are always readily available and add to the local charm. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.
