Beautiful lakefront space - perfect for a small family or solo trip. The directions with photos were super helpful in figuring out where to park and how to access the space for the first time.

This little b n b was fantastic! I highly recommend it! The host reached out and was easy to communicate with from the beginning. When I arrived I had a few minutes of struggle getting into my room but the host answered right away and accommodated me, (when my code didn’t work and the key was missing) by moving me to a different room… without hesitation! I ended up with a spectacular view…I could've stayed forever. The room was beautiful and I literally had everything I needed and then some (fan, coffee & tea, wine glasses, actual coffee cups and a wine opener… just to name a few sweet extras…) Everything was within walking distance and the quaint little town was peaceful. The Coffee House (located behind the b and b) was spot on for coffee and cookies 🫶🏻 such a sweet surprise. 10 out of 10!

Dave’s place was clean, adorable, peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay here! It has a flight of stairs so if you have mobility issues, it wouldn’t be a good choice. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it was clean and nicely stocked. The bathroom shower was lovely and was well stocked with towels, etc. The bed was comfy with the softest, warmest bedding. We’d go back in a heartbeat! The setting is surrounded by trees and the lake. It’s a great get-away, and so peaceful. Loved it!

A lovely place especially if you have pets. Walking along the creek and taking in the natural beauty and animals before turning in for a peaceful comfortable night was pristine!

Beautiful place right on the ocean! Loved every second of it! Was a little surprised to see that in order to access the newly remodeled space downstairs you had to go outside and enter through different entrance. We did have to unload the dishwasher when we arrived as the cleaners had not done that. Beds were comfy, internet was spotty at best, views were incredible!

The place is beautifully finished, simple and not too much. The most amazing view! We were a bit confused about the parking at first since the gps stopped at a public beach parking, but the owner found us and let is know it was the right spot. Amazing stay! Would love to stay here again!

This is a beautiful place. We were here during a storm. It was amazing, with gorgeous views. Also rather fun to experience the storm through the enormous windows. Met some of the downstairs tenants, they were very kind.

I absolutely give this place 5 stars for the amazing beach location! My family loved being right on the beach. I booked this spot knowing some reviews mentioned it was small, but we were pleasantly surprised—it’s small, but not as tiny as some made it sound. As a family of four with two young kids, ages 5 and 3, it was a great size for us. I can see how it might feel cramped with older or more kids, though. We stayed for 6 nights and found it had everything we needed. I’m glad I brought a bin for our food, as there wasn’t much pantry space, so we kept most items in that. The extra towels were helpful, especially since things took longer to dry on the coast. The kitchen supplies were limited to just a bit of salt and pepper and coffee. I wished I had brought kids’ plates and utensils because we went through dishes quickly. Despite those minor issues, we would definitely return. The beach right from the house was one of the best, and the tide pools at Strawberry Hill nearby were amazing!

The cabin was rustic but cute. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it rained heavily for most of our stay and we were unprepared for that so we didn’t go crabbing and fishing at the coast like we planned. The location was a little too far away for visiting friends and family but that was just a function of not being familiar with the area. We made it work, traveled to get our visits in, and enjoyed our time away.

Completely matched the description. Very nice spot. Great area and fit what we needed. The instructions were very clear and helpful since the cell service is spotty going in. Thankful for that heads up! The boathouse area was a big hit with everyone and a nice spot to cool off since it was so hot when we were there. Would stay again and recommend to others wanting to disconnect and enjoy nature a bit!

The beach house is very welcoming and extremely well appointed. You feel welcome the moment you arrive. The host is responsive to inquiries and friendly. This is our second visit to this beach house and won’t be our last!

We had a great experience staying here as our home base for our coast trip and golf at Bandon Dunes. We loved being right on the beach and found Khamsey was very communicative and accommodating. Would def recommend and will be back if our plans take us back to Bandon.

We loved Ben’s place. Private, clean, secluded, a beautiful view, and all the furnishings you’d need. Lots of information to read/process about the abnb though (possibly from past poor experiences they’ve had with guests). Not an issue if you’re a good guest.

Beautiful location, view of sea directly across the street. Home was cozy, needs some updating-I know it’s difficult keeping things new looking due to salt water environment and lots of rainy weather. Kitchen was very well appointed. You can easily walk to everything in town. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Host quickly responded to our questions. Overall, a very lovely place to stay.

Nice little home on lake with Dune access. We were there for Raptor Rally made everything so easy a d convienant. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need! Just bring the food.

This house was great and exactly what we needed while visiting for a golf tournament at Bandon Dunes. It had an unbelievable view and the house clean and tidy. I would recommend it to anyone!

This condo was beautiful with nice views and felt safe and secure. The only issue we had was we were unable to watch either of the televisions, after several attempts ... we gave up. Everything else was great and exactly as described.

We had a family get together and it was perfect to accommodate all of us. The view was outstanding. The ocean room upstairs off the king bedroom was my favorite place to be.

This was a great stop for us on our road trip! Sweet little town, everything walkable from here... excellent coffee shop just steps away and beautiful view of the water!

Perfect location for walking Bay Street, River Roasters, and watching the Rhody Parade without being in the heart of all the crowds. The elevator was extremely helpful for visits with my elderly mother with a walker. The view of the Siuslaw River was amazing! Thank you!

My buddy and I went to Bandon to play the amazing Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. We didn’t stay at the Resort but we booked Vacasa’s Oregon Air BnB. Honestly, I would stay here over the resort again. You’re in the ocean and the views from the condo were stunning. Minutes from historic downtown Bandon, which had great restaurants, shops, bars, seafood, etc. 100% would recommend this place for anyone traveling to Bandon. The only thing to consider is that the property is a bit outdated. Old kitchen, bathrooms, etc. but I still give it a 5 star review for the location and friendly host!

We had a slow draining bathroom sink in our room. I contacted the host to let them know about the issue. They arranged for their maintenance person to come and fix the sink the next morning by 9 AM. When the maintenance person didn’t show up as promised, I contacted the host to let them know. They immediately apologized and offered to upgrade us to a much nicer and more expensive room to makeup for the inconvenience. We accepted and finished our stay in the upgraded room. I greatly appreciate how they handled this situation. Top notch customer service.
