The house has a charming character inside and out, good natural lighting, and it is well furnished with almost everything one needs for short-medium term stays. The heating system makes indoors so comfortable. Helena and Beppe are very welcoming and helpful; proactively making sure that all needs are met. I would be happy to stay here again and I would highly recommend their place to anyone visiting Umeå.

We booked this house very late into the day and Marina accepted it immediately. The place is very spacious and it has everything you would need, even women’s hygiene products. The surrounding area is very peaceful and we heard no cars or disrupting noises during our stay even with windows open. We’ll definetly come back if we get the chance☺️

A very nice cosy house in a nice village bordering the woods, with all required facilities and direct access to hiking trails. Erik and his wife are welcoming hosts that are happy to help out when needed. There are bus connections to Umea, but not very frequent, so a car provides more flexibility. I had a wonderfull 5 weeks stay and will consider renting the place again whenever I will be back in Umea.

A lovely house in a nice quiet place. Comfortable and all you need is there. Bring your own bed sheets and towels or rent them. You can sit outside and walk in the forest by the river. Dog was allowed. Vännäs is 8 km away and fun to go to. Also for groceries. Kajsa is very friendly and her parents who live in the house opposite too.

We have had wonderful days in this incredibly nice cottage. We got a real wow feeling when we entered the cottage and also when we saw the balcony with the fantastic view. Having a private pebble beach by the water was a real plus. We have been on excursions nearby, barbecued and caught several fish at our own rocky beach. We have received a quick and pleasant response from Emma and also received a lot of tips about activities nearby. We are incredibly pleased that we booked this cottage and can highly recommend it!

We can recommend this home! The accommodation is well worth its money and we are happy with our days and will gladly come back when we are in the area again to explore Höga Kusten 💛 A little sensitive in the house maybe, but it went well as we seemed to have the same sleeping times.

Elisabeth's apartment was beautiful and located in a quiet place within walking distance of the center. It was really good sleeping in the bed! Elisabeth was also a very flexible and friendly host. I highly recommend!😊

Everything went well. The apartment was even better than in the pictures. Large parking space opposite the house, from which it was easy to leave and to which it was easy to come. We'd love to come back.

Great and clean nice water side walk

Everything worked as expected. The location in the city is perfect for us. The fact that the apartment was on the lower floor facing the street did not bother us. Can recommend.

Nice accommodation that had everything we needed. Mikael gave us many great local tips. Great location for those who want to explore the High Coast. For those who have problems with stairs, one should know that the apartment is on the second floor.

Apartment was clean and tidy. Heating was too hot for us but was easy to adjust to a lower temperature. Kitchen was equipped with hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. However, there were a minimum number of cooking tools, knives, knives, pots, pans, plates. Bed is narrow as indicated and mattress is very soft. With two people, you are cozy with each other. Bathroom is nice, warm and clean. Shower worked perfectly. Hard jet and warm water. Plenty of clean towels provided. Including washing machine. Smart television worked well and there were some streaming services active like Netflix, Disney+, and Swedish TV for free. When we were there, it was very quiet and we didn't hear from any of the other neighbors. The apartment is part of a block of apartments spread over two floors. We very much enjoyed the apartment, snow and cold and the area. You are in the city center in no time that is within walking distance.

I really enjoyed this modern apartment with balcony and sauna. All amenities worked great, and the location is very close and easy to the train station. There are several grocery stores nearby, and a nice view from the balcony. The smaller bedroom with work station was very nice for computer work! The building is easy to find, and it's easy to get in and out of the apartment. The building was also quiet, and the beds comfortable. I would stay here again!

Had a great few days at Päivi’s clean and comfortable place. She gave comprehensive instructions for check in and we were delighted to have such a great location close to a big park for walks around the sea and also close to town. Can thoroughly recommend the walk on the Kvarken Archipelago ( Päivi left a brochure). Thank you Päivi.

Heidi was available and responds quickly to messages. She greeted us with a smile and told us about the nearby supermarket. The place isn't far from the city center.
