Nice remote location by a lake. We stayed right after Christmas until January 4th and had a lovely time in a warm cabin and had the luck of seeing the northern lights on new years eve. If you come in the winter times be prepared for ice, snow, minus -25 Celsius and also transportation problems because of the climate, it was an adventure for sure ;) The kitchen is well prepped with accessoires and stuff you wouldnt expect in an AirBnB. That for that. A few chairs and things needs to replaced because they are well used, we liked the overall rustique decorations and the look of the interiour. Not for the faint vegan hearted as there is quite some taxing taxidermy on the wall :D The communication with the owners was very good and acommodating and we are thinking about returning some time in the future, possibly trying out the summer up there :)

We spent three wonderful days in the little red house, right on the Baltic Sea. It was very tastefully decorated, cozy and clean. From the bed we had a fantastic view of the snowy landscape and the frozen Baltic Sea. A small path also leads to a barrel sauna with direct views of the sea. Since the owners arrived on the last day of our stay, we were able to get to know them. They were totally warm and provided us with tips for our onward journey. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

A lovely house in a nice quiet place. Comfortable and all you need is there. Bring your own bed sheets and towels or rent them. You can sit outside and walk in the forest by the river. Dog was allowed. Vännäs is 8 km away and fun to go to. Also for groceries. Kajsa is very friendly and her parents who live in the house opposite too.

5 stars is far too low. The house is perfect, the scenery fantastic, Astrid is a super hostess.

The appartment is very nice, clean and has everything you need comfortable stay. All parts of Umeå are easy to access, both on foot and with public transport. Linus and Rebecca were helpful and responsive hosts, and we enjoyed our visit a lot!

Practical small accommodation for two👍Everything you need was available👍 Impressed by the small (about 200 people) activities of the village such as 2 swimming pools (one for children) with free access in the summer 😮 as well as a small grocery store open daily 👍

The Läkarvilla is a place with lots of character and it is equipped with everything you need when travelling the country. The beds are marvellous and the bedroom can easily be darkened in otherwise bright summer nights. Check-in was easy and communication with Karin and Tomas was very nice. Läkarvilla: definitely a good recommendation!

Wow, what a nice stay with everything you need in a beautiful environment and nice hosts. We had doubts about the 120cm bed, but it was not as bad as we thought. We had a great night's sleep!

Everything about the apartment was perfect. Cozy and nice decor. Smooth check-in. Everything to house and cook was available. The host responded quickly to questions. Clear instructions. Close to everything. The only thing we could complain about was a little untidy by previous tenants. Nothing the host can afford but overall a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves very much😊

Really great place to stay in Luleå! Fully equipped, powerful heating for the winters anf newly done bathroom. Everything worked great and fully equipped place. The hosts are very nice!

Apartment was clean and tidy. Heating was too hot for us but was easy to adjust to a lower temperature. Kitchen was equipped with hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. However, there were a minimum number of cooking tools, knives, knives, pots, pans, plates. Bed is narrow as indicated and mattress is very soft. With two people, you are cozy with each other. Bathroom is nice, warm and clean. Shower worked perfectly. Hard jet and warm water. Plenty of clean towels provided. Including washing machine. Smart television worked well and there were some streaming services active like Netflix, Disney+, and Swedish TV for free. When we were there, it was very quiet and we didn't hear from any of the other neighbors. The apartment is part of a block of apartments spread over two floors. We very much enjoyed the apartment, snow and cold and the area. You are in the city center in no time that is within walking distance.

This was our second visit here. Perfect for a family of four. Short distance to the hill and to the city/shops
