Stare da Monica è stato come essere a casa, la cura e il calore che c’è all’interno dell’appartamento rispecchia la proprietaria. Non mancava nulla all’interno della casa e ci siamo sentiti accolti benissimo. Un grazie speciale da Cristian e Martina

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Leonardo! Een pareltje in Toscane: prachtig uitzicht, rust, mooi ingericht huisje met zwembad en alles erop en eraan. Leonarde reageerde snel en stond ons tot laat op te wachten toen we heel lang in de file stonden. Wij komen zeker terug!

Momo the dog is the most adorable, greated me at the gate when I checked in, and put me in a good mood every morning afterwards !

Die Unterkunft war genau das, was wir uns gewünscht hatten - vor allem der Pool mit Blick auf die wunderschöne Landschaft ist ein Highlight! Die Lage war mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, in kurzer Entfernung gibt es sehr schöne Städte wie Cetona und Chiusi, mit hervorragenden Restaurants und süßen Gässchen. Die Kommunikation war super und sehr freundlich, mit tollen Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Das Appartment ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet (Handtücher, Shampoo, Seife, Kochutensilien, Öl, Salz) und hat eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Tisch und Liegestühlen. Große Empfehlung!

This apartment was very peaceful. the kitchen was incredibly well equipped with a kettle and toaster (unusual for Italy) the view from the windows were spectacular and it was close to the absolute heart of Assisi

Really new apartment with private parking and easy access, super responsive host with great tips on what to do in the area. Nice feature the HUE lighting on all the apartment. Really quiet place where to relax but still close enough to the city center by car!

Toller Blick ins Tal, toller Swimmingpool und Christian und seine Familie sind sehr nett!

Bellissimo soggiorno a casa di Valentina, funzionale, pulita, come essere a casa. Host gentilissima, parcheggio davanti casa che ad Assisi e' un miracolo. Casa perfetta nei minimi dettagli. Grazie per la possibilita' di visitare un luogo cosi' pieno di storia.

Excelente alojamiento! me hospede 4 días y tuve todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Es tal cual las fotos, estaba impecable y en una zona tranquila pero cerca del centro. Me preocupaba el ruido para descansar por los comentario, pero no me pareció para nada ruidoso. Sin dudas volvería!

L'alloggio di Carlo è molto più grande e bello di quanto si può vedere dalle foto! Carlo è una persona fantastica, ci ha dato innumerevoli consigli sui luoghi da visitare e molti consigli su i ristoranti della zona. L'alloggio è fornito di tutto il necessario, la biancheria e le lenzuola erano profumate e pulitissime. Inoltre ci a lasciato un ampia scelta di alimenti per la colazione. Che dire assolutamente perfetto in tutto. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che cercano un'alloggio in zona. Consigliatissimo!

I really enjoyed my stay here but mainly to Barbara. She was always available to me and helped me with some questions ! It was an easy location to the rest of Citta di Castello and walkable to anywhere I needed to go. I would recommend this space to any traveller who wants an easy place to stay in Umbria. It is central to many towns in the area.

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Oikein viihtyisä huoneisto kahdelle henkilölle. Maisema huoneiston ikkunasta ja terassilta on uskomattoman kaunis. Pihalla on myös suuri uima-allas, mutta harmiksemme olimme majoittumassa huhtikuun lopulla, niin allas ehti olla auki anoastaan yhden vuorokauden oleskelumme aikana (aukeaa vasta toukokuussa). Jos olet innokas ruuanlaittaja, niin on hyvä huomoida, että keittiössä on ruuanlaittoväleineitä aika rajoitetusti. Rita on kuitenkin erittäin auttavainen ja saimme paistinpannun käyttöömme heti kun sitä kysäisimme. Pihalla on myös viihtyisä grilliausalue yhteiskäytössä muiden majoittujien kanssa. Toivottavasti meillä on joskus mahdollisuus mennä uudestaan, jotta pääsisimme nauttimaan enemmän myös allasalueesta.

Luogo bellissimo! Appartamento super accogliente e pulito! Anna ci ha accolto con un cestino di benvenuto con alcuni prodotti dell'agriturismo. Piscina sempre pulita, prato ben curato. Abbiamo mangiato uova delle sue galline e zucchine del suo orto. A 5 minuti coop molto fornita per qualsiasi necessità. Ci svegliavamo con il suono degli uccellini... weekend davvero rilassante e rigenerante. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

We were really happy with our 4 week stay in Sansepolcro with Eleonora and Giulio. We felt incredibly welcomed and enjoyed the space with our 4 month old baby. There were many recommendations provided and our home away from home was a great location for day trips to neighbouring places like Anghiari, Arezzo, Citta di Castello, Badia Teldalda, Siena, Florence, Pisa, Gubbio and Perugia. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and very accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with the baby and his first time away. We stayed from mid-March to mid-April and the weather was cool but the heating worked well and was not much of an agreed upon, additional cost per usage. We were able to go for a few walks, enjoy picnics on the lawn and enjoy the greenery. I would recommend staying here.

“Un soggiorno indimenticabile in un contesto unico!” La location è semplicemente incantevole, immersa in un contesto medievale che regala un’atmosfera magica e suggestiva. La struttura è ben gestita, estremamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. È una base perfetta per visitare le meravigliose Assisi, Perugia e i tanti splendidi borghi dell’Umbria, tutti facilmente raggiungibili. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gianmario, il proprietario, per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità nella comunicazione, e a Nazareno, il gestore, che ci ha accolto con grande calore e attenzione, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere l’Umbria al meglio!

Hey Elena, vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Auszeit bei euch. Ihr habt eine ruhige Wohlfühloase geschaffen. Bietet einen tollen service bei charmantem Ambiente an. Wir waren vollkommen begeistert. Die gemütlich und vintage eingerichtete Wohnung bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Mit dem kleinen Vorgarten war es wie ein kleines Zuhause in der Toscana. Es wurde all unseren Wünschen entsprochen. Der private Pool war traumhaft. Es gab immer genug Platz und es war eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Parkplätze waren immer ausreichend verfügbar. Ohne Auto leider ein wenig abgelegen aber die Stadt und nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Die Lage ist recht zentral. Wir waren u.a. in Montelpulciano, Perugia und Florenz. Letzteres ist auch super via Zug erreichbar. Tipps zu Parkmöglichkeiten etc. bekamen wir von Enrico. Wir haben ganze 8 Tage dort verbracht und die Gegend erkundet. Können wir auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen. LG Nele & Hayan
